PRAYER

Wherefore it is prayed, in light of the issues raised, arguments advanced, and authorities cited,
that this Hon'ble Supreme Court may be pleased to adjudge and declare that:
1. Declare the MHA order dated 27.03.2020 as just, fair and reasonable.
2. Declare that detention of such migrant workers in pursuance of such order is valid as it does
not violate their fundamental rights.
3. Declare the suspension of several labour laws by all three states vide order dated
26.04.2020 valid as it is in accordance with fundamental rights and international
conventions ratified by the Union of Westros.
4. Declare the practice of sharing of medical data of COVID-19 tested patients with DMPL
valid as it does not violate their right to privacy
5. Declare that the Article written by Mr. Oliver exceeds the ambit of his fundamental right of
freedom of speech and expression.
6. Declare that the 14 FIRs against Mr. Oliver are not liable to be quashed and due actions
must be taken regarding the same.

And/Or

Pass any other Order, Direction, or Relief that it may deem fit in the Best Interest of
Justice, Fairness, Equity and Good Conscience.

For This Act of Kindness, the Respondents Shall Duty Bound Forever Pray.
