Cauliflower Ingredients

● 1 tsp ground cumin

● 2 tsp med curry powder

● 1 tsp ground turmeric

● 1 ½ tsp salt

● Pinch black pepper

● 1 small cauliflower

● 3 medium waxy potatoes

● 1 can chickpeas (or any protein


source of your liking)

● 150g green peas

● 1 can coconut milk

● handful of raisins or currants

Prep in 10 minutes ● 400 ml water
