Man power (Employment Opportunity)


The vegetable production farm create job opportunities for about 100 workers, of these 25
permanent (10 female and 15 male) that means skilled & unskilled and 75 temporary (50 female
and 25 male) employees are working on these farm.

Organization is a managerial process of planning, coordination, control and improvement of the


project performance through outstanding and effective use of internal and external resources and
opportunities. Without suitable organization and management the planned objectives of the
project will not be successfully attained. In consideration to the role and significant of optional
organization and management an attempt has been made to identify and define some
fundamental aspects.

All production employees, expect some helpers, guard man etc. should be to read instruction
message etc. and have some experience. The skilled workers and the others should also able to
write and keep production records etc. the management and administrative staff should have
experience from similar duties. Information based business, effective control procedures,
efficient budgeting, recording and reporting systems should be best symbolized by company
management. Therefore, the following management systems and sub systems are strictly
implemented in order to be the global economy.

As clearly shown in the organizational structure, the vegetable production has three departments
under the management. These are the finance and accounting department, the sales and
marketing department and production department. Under the finance accounting department
there are chief finance officer and accountants and cashiers who is in charge if a day to day
commercial operation takes place. The sales and marketing department is accountable for
handling the day sales and marketing issues of the project in both aspects.
The production department is in charge of all the production process of the project. The
following department deals with the duties and responsibilities of each department. The required
skilled and semi skilled labor force will be recruited from the project site. The organization can
also handle in conduction regular training sessions for skilled production workers in their various
