Rhythm and rhythms

 Rhythm is an ordered alternation of contrasting elements. It is any regular


recurring motion, symmetry generally means a movement marked by the
regulated succession of strong and weak elements, or of opposite or different
conditions. A rhythm has a steady beat, but it may also have different kinds of
beats. Rhythms, on the other hand, is defined as a term that denotes an aspect of
a quality of movement that is thought as dance. The movements are called
rhythms when someone moves in response to a particular rhythm or music.
