Someone Who You Think Is A Good Leader

Who can be you good leader? A good leader can be your friends, colleagues, sibling or your
parents. To be a good leader is to be good at leading your team to reach the achievement with the
resolve. For example, we reach our team to achieve their study, reach their goal etc. In the
confrontation situation with staff, a good leader never blames to member. Particularly, Mr Sam Chanda
whom is a technical manager and expert on IT solution in Prosethsolutions. He’s a kindness person.
Currently, He is working with me. His behavior is likely to share what he has done from learning new
thing or technology that he just come back from study oversea. Thus, I call him as my hero and admire in
front of many people and acknowledge his three inherent enthusiastic behavior as a good leader.

Firstly, in the face of adversity, he had the ethical action for the people whoever met the issue
despite the fact that were hard to confront it. For instance, my colleagues meet the pressing issue from
the customer. It is hard to fix it. He has never been constrained by them. He always tries to deconstruct,
negotiate or figure out the solution to help each other to fix it. In addition, he has helped their staff by
building their potential in work. It means to teach teams when he free, holiday, weekend and aspire to
them for self-study. For example, so far, our teams have learnt a lot IT skill from him such as Microsoft
Solution, Cisco Solution, Hua Wei Solution. Thirdly, he wants to make a new friend. He is friendly person.
He doesn’t mind their position, economic status or different culture. To give you an example, he joined
the global event and meet the competitor. He was welcomed. He made a greeting although they are our
competitor in market.

To sum up then, I had really appreciated him by their generosity of help someone, friendly and
their good behavior for help me and teams. In my opinion, so far, I have worked with him I feel I learnt a
lot from IT skills, become a patient person and friendly one.
