Fleet Proposal for Delivery trucks

We thank you for meeting with us at your office on Tuesday 21st of August 2018.

Further to our discussion, we are pleased to submit, in attachment, our final fleet offer for UD
Trucks based on the purchase intention of 18 units. Our proposal is as follows:

1. Pricing & Servicing Cost

Our final offer on the manual transmission is Rs.1,729,886 (initial offer dated 5th of March 2018
was Rs. 2,227,425). This exceptional offer has been made possible further to our negotiation for
a bulk deal from our principals and also due to the positive exchange rate fluctuation.

Our final offer on the automatic transmission is Rs.1,904,473(Normal selling price is at Rs.2.4
M)

Service cost of the proposed vehicle is as competitive as Rs.1.48/ Km (Basic & Annual Service)

2. Exclusive features/ Benefits of the proposed trucks

 High Torque (750 Nm) with 6 forward gears, for improved fuel consumption.
 Euro 3 compliant, which is more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly as per
European standards.
 Sole model in its category available in Automatic Transmission as well.
 A full fail-safe system in case of brake failure. ABS & EBD inclusive.
 Tubeless tires for lesser downtime in case of tire failure.
 Factory fitted air-conditioning system for driving convenience (can be disconnected if
needed).

  On-board diagnosis and fuel coaching indicator.
 Factory fitted speed limiter (cannot be tampered).
 Pneumatic control driver’s seat for more comfort.

3. Maintenance

 Service interval at 20,000 Kms, more competitive maintenance cost and low downtime.
 Quick Inspection shall be carried out free of charge at every 5,000 Kms interval. This
will be done at Mammouth premises at Trianon through our reliable mobile service
truck.
This particular intervention can be carried out at any time convenient to your business
operations.
 Round-the-clock roadside assistance and towing service (a full set of our services is
herewith attached).

4. Value added services

 Exclusive drivers training by our in-house UD certified instructor (free of charge).

 Dedicated Service Advisor.
 Weekend and night service during peak seasons (prior to arrangement).
