Second Combined counseling for admission into Bi.P.C. Stream Courses of
B.Sc.(Hons) Agriculture / B.Tech.(Food Technology) / B.V.Sc.&A.H. / B.F.Sc. /
B.Sc.(Hons) Horticulture Courses in ANGRAU, Guntur, SVVU, Tirupati and
Dr. YSRHU, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari Dist. including affiliated
private Agricultural / Horticultural colleges and also Special categories viz., CAP /
NCC and AGRICET 2019 for 2019-20.
Counseling of the candidates who have submitted application ONLINE including
under EWS Category for admission into the above courses in these Universities will be
held in the Auditorium, Regional Agricultural Research Station (R.A.R.S.), Lam
Farm, Guntur based on their A.P. EAMCET 2019 Ranks on the dates and time
mentioned below.
More number of candidates than required are called for Counseling and
therefore this call does not guarantee admission into courses to all those who
have been called for.
Candidates should report at the Counseling centre one hour before the
scheduled time with all original certificates as listed in Information Brochure along with
the relevant fees. Fee has to be paid on the spot during counseling on allotment of
seat in the respective college counters at the counseling venue.

NOTE:

1. Open Competition (O.C.) means all eligible candidates belonging to Non-Farmer

/ Farmer & special categories as per the ranks indicated in the table and not on
category basis (by merit only). On 17-09-2019 & 18-09-2019, the seats under
Open Competition only will be filled up irrespective of categories. Those
candidates under reserved categories, who do not secure seat under O.C. will
have to attend counselling again on respective scheduled dates. The
candidates applied under Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Category
shall be considered for the additional seats as per the G.O.Ms.No. 60 & 39
of the Govt. of A.P. based on merit in AP EAMCET 2019 Rank.
2. For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local) 15% quota, any candidate from AU, SVU,
OU/NL region with A.P. EAMCET 2019 Rank can compete on merit.
3. The seats in various U.G. courses shall be filled in as per the Presidential Order
and rule of reservation based on the A.P. EAMCET 2019 Ranks.
4. The seats in the categories shall be filled in based on the choice exercised by
the candidate with a particular social category on the scheduled days notified for
respective social categories (For example, a seat reserved for BC-A, B, C, D,
E / SC/ST quota will be filled up on the dates indicated for respective
categories only).
5. A) For University Colleges: The candidates are required to produce all the
relevant original certificates at the time of counseling and selected candidates
have to come prepared to pay the following requisite fee immediately on the
counseling day itself at the respective college counters, failing which the
seat stands cancelled.

B) For affiliated Private Agricultural / Horticultural Colleges of ANGRAU &

Dr.YSRHU: The candidates selected who opt for affiliated colleges have to
come prepared to pay the requisite of fee Rs. 1,14,640/- ( Rs. 98,640 for first
semester fee + Rs. 7000/- Hostel and Mess deposits + Rs. 9000/- Hostel
establishment charges and Room rent) immediately in the form of Demand
Draft only draw in favour of “Comptroller , ANGRAU” payable at “Guntur”,
failing which the seat stands cancelled.
6. A) Selection of candidates under S.C., S.T. and B.C. quota is subject to
clearance by the respective social status Directorates of Government of Andhra
Pradesh. The provisional selection under BC-E category is subject to the final
adjudication (in W.P.No. 15267 of 2007) in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra
Pradesh.
B) The candidates under EWS quota must produce the EWS certificate for
considering the selection for additional seats in each course as per G.O.Ms. No.
60 & 39 of Govt. of A.P.
7. This notification shall be treated as individual intimation. No separate intimation
will be sent.

8. FORM – I : It is a proforma indicating the patta numbers and extent of land owned by
the candidate / parents duly certified by the Mandal Revenue Officer / Tahsildar
with office seal
 The candidate must produce the original pattadar passbook or 1B
Adangal from Mee-seva as an evidence for the extent of land owned.
Form – II : It is a proforma to be certified by the Head Master / Principal of the
School / College with office seal that the candidate has studied for a minimum
period of four years in schools located in Non-Municipal areas during their
period of study from 1st class to 12th class / Intermediate (Non-Municipal Area
Certificate).
9. Both original Form - I and Form - II uploaded with online application must be
produced by the candidates claiming farmers quota for allotment of seat.
10. The Counseling will be conducted on all the days as notified above including public
holidays and even in the event of any day declared holiday by Government.
11. Candidates admitted through counseling earlier can attend this counseling for
a better college/course subject to the seat vacancy.
12. Only one parent / guardian per student will be allowed at the counseling centre.
13. It is likely that counseling process may extend to late in the evening. Hence the
candidates and parents/ guardians are requested to come prepared for staying late.
14. Counseling for admission into various U.G. Courses of ANGRAU, SVVU &
Dr.YSRHU under P.H. quota will be held separately. Accordingly, a notification
will be issued later.
15. The A.P. EAMCET 2019 Ranks mentioned in the table are State Ranks only.

(www.angrau.ac.in) along with original certificates and Demand Draft (original) for
Rs.1400/- (Rs.700/- in case of SC / ST/ PH candidates) towards the registration fee
(Non-refundable) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “COMPTROLLER,
ANGRAU” payable at “GUNTUR”.
The candidates who opt for affiliated colleges have to come prepared to pay the
