A  leading  Construction  &  mining  company  wanted 
optimize  routing  between  components  in  crowded 
assemblies.  Built‐in  design  rules  check  and  enforce 
standard  practices  and  ensure  connectivity  to  re‐
duce  production  costs  and  assembly  defects.  The 
scope  of  engagement  covered  Concept  design  and 
product  development  for  its  construction  equip‐
ment;  consequently  the  company  was  looking  for  a

Actualize design 3D electrical components by analyzing Master specifi‐
cation, Bill of material and schematic diagram. 3D routing of the cable 
is  done  by  using  Pro‐cabling.  We  have  created  common  harness  for 
few complicated areas like cabinet & engine portion using Pro‐cabling.  
Here  we  need  to  analyze  selection  of  connectors,  insulation  bundles 
everything. End of this project we have standardized wire harness de‐
signs with 3D as per customer requirements.
