PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

7:30 am – Wake up, wash my face, have a glass of warm water with lemon, a few more
glasses of water and eat a fruit like an apple or banana

7:30am to 8:15am – This is the time to exercise. Morning workouts are a great way to
increase our energy for the entire day.

8:20 to 8:40am – Shower and have a good breakfast with proteins and complex
carbohydrates.

8:45 am to 2:15 pm – Attend online classes (University routine)

2:20-3:00 pm- Leisure time, chat with friends and or surf social media websites.

3:00 pm to 3:30 pm – Have a proper lunch

3:40 to 4:40 pm – Time to clean my home, Sweeping and mopping all the rooms.

5:00 – 5:30 pm – Chilling time with my family and my pet. Have a cup of green tea and give
it to my mother other also.

5:30pm to 7:30 pm – Making notes and finishing my online assignments given by the
professors.

7:30 – 8:00 pm – Having an evening snack and helping my mother in kitchen.

8:00 to 9:30 pm – Watching any movies or series with family. Playing UNO with my
friends.
9:30 pm to 10 pm- Checking MS TEAMS, Google classrooms for any new uploads from
the Professors.

10:00pm to 11:50 pm- Surfing net and chatting with friends and cousins
12 Midnight- Time for Bed and following the schedule for the next day also.
