Abstract: This project aims to increase the quality of a process by reducing its variability, thus making each individual product produced conform to a certain standard using Statistical Process Control. By having the correct sampling plan, 100% inspection is
eliminated and the operator can check according to the sampling plan to determine if the products are confirming to specification or not. The intent of having a sampling plan is to enhance the real time SPC inspection procedures and maintain high quality standards.

Introduction: Work Order: Data Accumulated: Process Capability Six Pack Report:
The SPC consists of selecting quality characteristics in the
process, collecting data from the process output and calculating
process capability indices. The Cp should be at least 1.33 in
order for the process to be considered capable. Cpk indicates
whether it is capable and how well-centered the process is. If it
isn’t, then make an enhancement to the process must be taken
by the company. SPC is used to monitor the consistency of
processes used to manufacture a product as designed. It aims to
get and keep processes under control. SPC can ensure that the It contains 50 observations of each feature of a part i.e.
