    There are four types of currencies in forex trading: 1) Major currencies include any currency paired with the US dollar, such as EUR/USD. 2) Cross currencies do not include the US dollar, like GBP/JPY. 3) Direct currencies are placed before the dollar symbol and act as the base currency, such as AUD/USD. 4) Indirect currencies have the US dollar placed first and act as the base currency, like USD/JPY.

    1-Major currency: is any currency or (couple of currencies (that dollar is


    at one side as EUR/USD.

    2-cross currency: is any currency that doesn’t have US dollar in one side
    in the couple as GBP/JPY.

    3-direct currencies: is any currency that is being put before dollar


    symbol and it is considered as basic currency as a AUD/USD.

    4-indirect currency: is any currency that the USD is being put before
    other currencies and considered as basic courrency as USD/JPY.
