We have received what we have been ordered for student. And it is come
to our attention that you have not given us the actual figure of digital and analogue
multimeter we’ve order in January 12 2016. We are lacking of twenty digital and ten
analogue multimeters.

With that it seems that the package is not properly packed and some of the
multimeter got defected.

Will you kindly replace the new one and properly pack them including the rest which
is lacking.

We would appreciate your attention before the end of March.

incomplete figures of analogue and digital multimeter with the defective ones. Of course
we are going to replace the new one which your letter in 2 January 2016 has reported
defective. And we also going to properly pack with the rest of both thirty multimeter and
will go out first thing tomorrow.

It is important for us to make a careful inspection of package that leaves the airport much as
we should like to do so.
