Dear Mr. Robles:

I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corporation in one month.
I have enjoyed working for the company, but personal reasons necessitate that I vacate my position.

My final day will be August 15, 2019. Despite having to leave, I deeply appreciate the opportunities
you’ve provided with me during my time as the branches’ Marketing Staff.

I will do whatever is necessary to smoothen the transition after I move; I am willing to help you find
replacement, and train and endorse the accounts I currently handle.

Once again, many thanks for the opportunity to be a part of your team. I look forward to working with
you again in the future should the opportunity present itself.
