organization involves great amount of sharing resources or give and take to both parties.

According to Bobby (2015), finding right local partner with right amount of resources and expertise

China and Philippines have different culture, this could serves as a barrier for them to
have a good communications, because of this, this could leads misunderstanding.

According to Bobby (2015), having miscommunication between partners may result in

costly business decisions, conflicting management styles may lead to disparity within the
