In relation to DepEd Division Memo No 55, s. 2020 entitled, 1 st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous
Earthquake Drill, the Supreme Student Government has prepared activities to make the Earthquake Drill
not only informative but also interactive and fun.

Here is the list of activities that the organization came up with during our meeting yesterday, February
27, 2020:

March 12, 2020, Thursday:

7:30 AM – 9:30 AM, School Library: Various contests (poster-making, poem-writing, essay-writing)

2:00 PM: Earthquake Drill

4:30 PM: Awarding of Certificates to the Winners after the flag retreat

In line with this, we would like to request for school supplies that we can give out as prizes to the
contest winners if available. Otherwise, prizes will be certificates of recognition.

We would also like to ask for your permission to have the contestants excused from their classes during
the aforementioned contests as scheduled. We only need 1 contestant from each grade level in each
contest except for the quiz bee wherein we need 2 from each grade level so as to avoid disruption of
classes.
