Problem definition:-

1. Poor customer satisfaction:


Most of the people from Hubli- dharwad are loyal customer to some hotels if they
satisfy with food and some other services if you not satisfy the customer because
the lack of food resources and staffs, most of the hotels provide low-quality foods
to their customers. Once you get a bad recognition in your area / locality / city,
it is very difficult to regain the good position. From a hotelier's point of view,
customer satisfaction is nothing but providing the good quality foods, amenities,
customer support, etc.. this one is the major problem to 5 star hotels

2. High service rates:-


Hubli � Dharwad peoples are most of them from middle class family so they are happy
affordable price Wheather you provide a high-quality or low-quality service, make
sure it is affordable to the end users. High service rates can divert the visitors
to your competitors. Provide lodging rooms at reasonable rates. Service rate should
match with the facilities of your hotel. Avoid taking commissions, high tax
charges, etc...

3. Lack of refreshing events and entertainment:


Many hotels limited there events and entertainment to tier 1 cities only so they
have to give refreshing events and entertainment on tier 1 and tier 2 cities so it
attract the tourists. Most of the tourists who stay in a hotel room expect
refreshing events & entertainment programs for getting relaxation from the
stressful conditions. Conduct events & entertainment shows on a regular basis to
attract more audience to your business. Go a mile extra to improve the re-visit
rate of your hotel.

4. Parking and security problems


This is one of the major problems in hotel industry. Different types of security
challenges are,
1. General theft and other crime
2. Public violence
3. Terrorism
4. Armed robbery
5. Credit card fraud
6. Cyber-crime issues
7. Identity theft
8. Sexual abuse on women
9. Racial discrimination
10. Risk of food poisoning

? Parking is the main problem present in Hubli-dharwad because of no place for


extend the parking and also present 3 star and 4 star hotel facing more problem on
parking like Denison and president hotel.

attention is more important for the hotel industry so customer is always look for
price break, behaviour , skill level, and performance of the service employee and

dissatisfied customers, if they dissatisfied we have to resolve it by giving a good

When customer evaluates a hotel, the price they have paid has a negative effect on
their perception of its valve but a positive one on its perceived quality. Hence,
customer reviews usually that a high price relates to high service quality but not
value price has a significant effect on perceived quality and valve and that this
relationship is moderated by star rating and trip type
