The purpose of the study is to give good service to the customer. Customer
attention is more important for the hotel industry so customer is always look for
price break, behaviour , skill level, and performance of the service employee and
develop the new technique to attract the people and employee should aware of
dissatisfied customers, if they dissatisfied we have to resolve it by giving a good
service quality

When customer evaluates a hotel, the price they have paid has a negative effect on
their perception of its valve but a positive one on its perceived quality. Hence,
customer reviews usually that a high price relates to high service quality but not
value price has a significant effect on perceived quality and valve and that this
relationship is moderated by star rating and trip type
