    Letter of Recommendation for Yashika Varshney for the Adobe India Women in
    Technology Scholarship 2021.

    I am writing this letter to recommend Yashika Varshney for the Adobe India Women in Technology
    Scholarship 2021, Adobe India. I was her Diploma in Engineering course teacher and have known her for
    the last five years.
    As a student, Yashika Varshney demonstrated capabilities of learning and the level of commitment
    necessary to succeed in college and beyond. As an educator, I am happy to be able to provide this
    recommendation for such a deserving student.
    She demonstrated outstanding technical skills during development of Revolutionary Electronic Polling
    System and the ability to work in team. When called upon to give her presentation on project in front of
    her peers, I still remember, she meticulously organized the presentation, spoke clearly and thoughtfully,
    responding to all questions from her peers in an informed manner. During her senior year, Yashika
    Varshney was an active participant in organizing different events at Training & Placement Cell, AMU.
    She's self-motivated, attentive to detail, and skilled at both independent and collaborative work. Her work
    in resume, as I am sure you will agree, demonstrates an impressive depth for someone so young.

    In addition to having firsthand knowledge of Yashika Varshney academic commitment, I am also familiar
    with her educational goals, as well as the challenges she will face when it comes to funding college
    tuition. I cannot think of anyone more deserving and I wholeheartedly support her application.
