: Above axial fans shall have mininum 125mm x 125mm to a maximum 400mm x 400mm inspection hole to reach motor shaft and blades assembly.
: Sound level data given are based on Q2 directivity at 1m distance in accordance to ISO5136-1990 test method.
: Inspection & test requirement shall include factory acceptance test (FAT) on fans , test on electric motors, vibration, sound
& temperature measurement. Vibration level shall not exceed 3mm/s.
: Fans with ex-proof motor shall be of Spark Resistance Construction (SRC) which consist of anti-spark rings around the path of impeller & motor shaft.
: The performance ratings of Hison fans have been establised by test carried and in accordance with BS 848-Part 1-1980.

Motor : All TEFC motor shall be of Manufacturer standard frame, IP55, Class F insulated with 50°C ambient temperature, with 1.15 safety factor

: Motors of 25kw and above shall complete with motor thermistor / thermometer as per manufacturer's standard.
: Ex-proof motors shall be of Eexde IIB T4 rated
: All 2-speed motors shall be of Dual Winding type.
: IP56 junction box & Ex'e' junction box shall be mounted on fan exterior for standard fans and fans with exproof motor respectively.
: Motors shall be equipped with junction boxes & cable gland (CMP type). Gland size to be confirmed when cable details are furnished.
: Motors certificate shall be provided during final documentation.
: Motors shall be "CMG", make or equal for safe area motors and "AEG" motor or equal for Explosion proof motors.

Deviations : Above fans quoted complies only to relevant rules & regulations where applicable as an equipment of itself and does not include the Rules
: & Regulations & Norm of The Republic of Kazakhstan .
: Compliance to sertification to ROK rules and regulations if applicable, is not included.
: Equipment supply does not include compliance to criteria of system requirements on design and engineering.

Delivery : Approximately 18 to 20 weeks upon receipt of order.

Terms : 30 days from date of our invoice.
Validity : 90 days from date of our quotation.
