The purpose of this meeting is to discuss on the updates of safety and health issues,
documentations, and other related arising issues.

3.0 Opening and welcome

The Secretary welcomed all the Committee Members and called the meeting to
order at approximately 1515 hours.

4.0 Matter arising from the minutes

The previous minutes were discussed and confirmed with no amendments.

5.0 Agenda items

1. Engineering department to ensure all preventive Engineering Periodically
maintenance is conducted according to Department
schedule to ensure machine in good and safe
condition.
2. Each department supervisor must monitor first Production Weekly
aid box to ensure worker does not misuse or Supervisor
bring home medicine meant for first aid box.
3. Refresher Safety Training Programme has been HSE Done
conducted to all workers in each department in
October.
4. To redraw yellow walkaway line in production HSE & In-progress
side. Paintline

5. Fire extinguisher to be sent for annual renewal Supplier & Pending
with BOMBA. HSE
To be send out in
ABC: 40 unit November.
CO2: 20 unit
6. 10 unit of ABC & 10 unit of CO2 fire extinguisher Supplier & Pending
has expired in term of manufacturing date. HSE HSE
to order new 20 units to replace the expired Targeted to be
units received by end of
November.
7. Schedule Waste HSE Pending

SW 204 – 246 KG Scheduled to be

SW 410 – 162 KG collected in 1st week
SW 418 – 756 KG of November.
