documentations, and other related arising issues.

3.0 Opening and welcome

The Secretary welcomed all the Committee Members and called the meeting to
order at approximately 1545 hours.

4.0 Matter arising from the minutes

The previous minutes were discussed and confirmed with no amendments.

5.0 Agenda items

1. CHRA has been conducted by Era Lab in May. HSE In progress
Based on the CHRA, Chemical Exposure
Monitoring need to be conducted for Xylene, Conducted CEM in
Silica Dust & Manganese fume. June.
To receive report by
end July.
2. Based on CHRA, a potable welding fume HSE In-progress
collector need to be provided to the welders due
to manganese fume. Obtaining quotation.
3. All SDS need to be the latest version and Purchasing In-progress
complies with CLASS 2013 regulation.
Chemical suppliers to provide latest SDS. Targeted to be
received by end of
July
4. Fire extinguisher need to be serviced for annual Supplier & Pending
renewal with BOMBA. HSE
Targeted to be
ABC: 35 unit received by end of
CO2: 20 unit July
5. 15 unit of ABC fire extinguisher has expired in Supplier & Pending
term of manufacturing date. HSE to order new HSE
15 unit to replace the expired one Targeted to be
received by end of
July
