    Sir,

    Good day!

    July 30, 2020 (Thursday), Mr. Hernandez dined at Italiannis Greenbelt and made a payment
    though his credit card. He gave us his AUB card which we have run two (2) times; at exactly
    12:19PM and 12:20PM. Unfortunately, there are no records of transaction in our account that is
    why we asked for another card. With that, Mr. Hernandez used his BDO card for the transaction
    that was successfully credited to our account. After 30 minutes he showed us a text message
    from AUB in where there are two (2) successful transactions in his account in the same amount
    of PHP 1,692.00. With that incident, we are now requesting for credit reversal of Mr.
    Hernandez’s account in AUB. Thank you very much.
