MUSIC DISTRIBUTION & MARKETING DEAL

PRICE: $2,000 USD

To whom it may concern:

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us for a music distribution &
marketing record deal. This contract is a simple (1) year term of digital
music distribution, monetization, and (1) year of music promotion service.
Which include social media marketing, and music marketing services.

This will allow you to make money with your music an receive 80%
royalty payments and keeping 100% ownership of you MASTERS.

music catalog. We offer 4 types of distribution which are:

Once your payment & contract has been received you may email all art
covers, audio files, and music videos to warnercentermusicgroup@gmail.com
, please include the song titles, and all collaborators, featured artist,
producers, and composers in the body of the email as well. YOU WILL
ALSO NEED TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID,
AS WELL AS AN ACCURATE MAILING ADDRESS, AND PAYPAL
ACCOUNT FOR RECEIVING ROYALTY PAYMENTS.

ARTIST RECORDING CONTRACT

1. AGREEMENT made this day of,____/_____/2020 (Month/Day/Year),

between WARNER CENTER MUSIC GROUP (herein called "the
Company") and YOU (herein called "the Artist") for the tendering of
personal services in connection with the publishing, marketing, and
monetization of Commercial Sound Records.

2. This agreement shall remain in effect for a period one (1) year from
the date this contract is signed, and during that period you will, In
consideration of this Agreement you grant to the Company, its associates,
subsidiaries and nominees (1) the right to manufacture, advertise, sell,
lease, license or otherwise use your music.

3. The Company will pay you for the rights granted herein and the
services to be rendered hereunder by you a royalty of 80%.

4. Payment of accrued royalties shall be made monthly at the end of

each month for the previous months earning. (Please note that some
retailers like Spotify payout quarterly and may take up to 3 months
before you receive royalties from them. For example, if you have a single
or album released in January you will probably receive your first set up
payments in April, May, and June for the months of January, February,
and March. All payments & statements are sent out AT THE END OF
EACH MONTH. The Company, however, shall have the right to deduct
20% from the amount of any statements, or accounts of royalties due,
the amount of royalties previously paid to you.

5. The Artist hereby warrants that he or she has no oral or written

obligations contracts, or agreements of whatever nature entered
into prior to the signing of this agreement which are now in force
and binding and which would in any way interfere with carrying
out this agreement to its full intent and purpose.

6. The Company shall have the privilege and option to extend this
Agreement from the date of its expiration for a period equal to the terms
of this Agreement by giving to you notice in writing of its exercise of such
option and its election to continue. Such notice shall be given to you
personally or be mailed to your last known address not less than ten days
prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Upon the giving of such notice
this Agreement shall be continued and extended for such further period
upon the same terms as those above set forth.

MUSIC COPYRIGHTS, LEGAL CONTRACTS, AND ROYALTY

TERMS OF CONDITION

EARNING DISCLAIMER:

Please note that even though results are not typical, we do not guarantee any
results on how much you will earn from your music, or if any earnings will be made
at all. We do however treat this contract & service agreement as an investment for
all of our clients, which is stated below in the REFUND POLICY, that if YOU (the
ARTIST) DON’T SEE AT LEAST $2000 WITHIN THE FIRST FULL YEAR OF YOUR
CONTRACT AGREEMENT YOU WILL BE GUARANTEED A REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE KEEPING TRACK OF ALL ROYALTY PAYOUTS TO

INSURE THAT WE PAY YOU ON TIME, AS WELL AS MONITORING THE AMOUNT OF
EARNINGS YOU HAVE MADE IN TOTAL THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THIS
CONTRACT AGREEMENT.

So if you have not made at least $2000 (within 1 full year of this contract
agreement) YOU WILL THEN BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED YOUR INITIAL
INVESTMENT OF $2000 USD.

REFUND POLICY

Like it was stated above there is no guarantee of any earnings being made with
your music content, but due to the value of your investment in working with us we
offer a 12 month or (1) year money-back guarantee if you have not made at least
$2000 USD IN THE COURSE OF THIS CONTRACT AGREEMENT.

Private Policy

Please note that we will not share your information with any third-party agencies
that are not needed to further assist you with the services we offer. All sensitive
information will be used to effectively provide you with all the services we render in
this contract agreement in the form of digital distribution, music promotion,
marketing & advertising, as well as copyrighting your music on your behalf.
We will also use your information to setup an ASCAP, SoundCloud, and Sound
Exchange account which will be used to better assist you in monitoring all
streaming revenues, including publishing royalties, mechanical royalties and
international royalty collections.

We will notify you via email or phone about all sensitive information that is shared,
and when it is being shared.

We will not share your information for profits nor will we sell your information to
third party agents that may misuse your information.

4 TYPES OF DISTRIBUTION

only within 1 year.
