IMPORTANT NOTES
1. A Negative PCR Test report is mandatory to enter Everest Region. The test report older than 72 hours
before your flight will not be valid.
2. We highly recommend you to hire a porter as well as buy travel insurance covering evacuation
expenses for safety reasons. Mandala Holidays can help you arrange them at extra cost.
3. In case of any emergencies/ evacuation,Mandala Holidays can provide assistance to the best of our ability.
However, trekkers are responsible for their own personal safety.
4. The rooms are basic(not attached) and will be on a twin sharing basis.
5. It is mandatory to have dinner in the same hotel you’re staying.
6. Hotels are tentatively fixed. In case of any changes, we will inform you before the trip.

SAFETY MEASURES
MandalaHolidays will organise a trek briefing before your trek starts regarding
Altitude and Trek planning,
Briefing trails, how to prevent altitude sickness, gear and medical packing, etc.

Summit Airlines Summit Air will follow all the necessary safety guidelines like social distancing,
compulsory face mask, no hand baggage, no in-flight service, as well as disinfection
the carrier vehicles and aircraft after each flight.

Payment Procedure We highly encourage payment through bank transfer.

BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT

1. Once you confirm your trip date and number of people (By filling the form or contacting us
directly), we will send you the confirmation along with flight tickets and total amount.
 2. Once we send you the tickets, you can transfer the amount to us and payment receipt.

Note:Full payment has to be made before the trip starts.

Cancellation and Refund Scheme:
1. In case of cancellation of flight due to bad weather, your flight tickets will be rescheduled for the next
day or you also have the option to claim a full refund.
1. In case of absence of a Negative PCR Test while boarding, you will be denied entry on the flight to
Lukla. No Refund will be issued in such a case.
