Treatment of Sorcery (Magic, ‫ ) ِ ِحر ِو اجدو‬and Touch of


Shaitan (َ‫)مَسَالشَيَطَان‬

Pre-Treatment

1. Providing a setting of true faith,

2. Good Home Environment: Remove pictures


from the home place so that angels may enter
it. Do not watch nudity at home through TV or
any other sources.

3. Taking any talisman from the patient and


burning it.

4. There should be no non-Islamic music that


brings Lust (‫ )شهوة‬in the place of treatment

5. Our homes should be devoid (Empty) of any


unlawful act, such as men wearing gold, women
without hijab, or anyone smoking
6. Lecturing the patient and his family on Al-Aqida
so that their hearts are cleansed from any
attachment to anything other than Allah ‫ﷻ‬.

It is worth mentioning, in this context, that the sahir


would send a Jinn to stalk or follow the targeted
person for a while, waiting for the right time to
come There are four occasions when a Jinn may
enter a person:

1. Extreme fear

2. Extreme anger

3. Extreme unawareness

4. Indulgence in pleasure

If a person is in one of the above states, the Jinn


would be able to enter. However, if a person
invokes Allah ‫ ﷻ‬and is clean (in a state of wudhu),
then Satan cannot touch him.
‫‪Treatment.‬‬

‫‪1. Recite Manzil every day twice (After Fajr and‬‬


‫‪After Maghrib) that is compiled by Imam Ibn‬‬
‫‪Sireen which is recorded by Imam Ghazali in his‬‬
‫‪Mujarribaat and Hazrat Shah Waliullah.‬‬
‫ِ‬

‫‪ .1‬بسم َاهَّلل َالرح ٰمنَ َالرحيم َ() َالحمد َِہلِل َر ِّب َال ٰعلمینَۙ﴿‪َ﴾۱‬‬
‫َالدین‬
‫ِؕ﴿‪َ ﴾۳‬ایاک َنعبد َو َایاکَ‬ ‫الرح ٰمن َالرحيمَۙ﴿‪َٰ ﴾۲‬ملک َیوم ِّ‬
‫﴾َِصط َالذین َانعمتَ‬ ‫ِؕ﴿‪َ﴾۴‬اہد َن ِّ ٰ‬
‫اَالِّصط َامۡیِقَتۡسُمۡلَۙ﴿‪ٰ ۵‬‬ ‫نستعین‬
‫ِّ‬ ‫۬ۡ‬‫عليہم َۙ‬
‫َ۬ۡۙۙغیرَالمغَضوبَعليہمَوَلَالض ٓالین‬
‫‪َ﴾۷﴿٪‬‬
‫‪ .2‬بسمَاهَّللَالرح ٰمنَالرحيمَ﴿﴾َال ٓ ّۚٓ‬
‫ٓـم﴿‪ٰ َ﴾۱‬ذلکَالک ٰتبََلَریبَۚۙۙ‬
‫فيہۚۙ َہ ًدیَ ِّللمتقینَۙ﴿‪َ﴾۲‬الذین َیؤمنون َبالغيب َویقيمونَ‬
‫الصلٰوۃ َومما َرزق ٰنہم َینفقونَۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۳‬والذین َیؤمنون َبم ۤا َانزلَ‬
‫اليکَوم ۤاَانزلَمنَقبلکَۚوَباَلِٰخۃَہمَیوقنونَ ۙ‬
‫ِؕ﴿‪َ﴾۴‬اولٰٓئکَ‬
‫علٰی َہ ًدی َِّمن َر ِّبہم ٭ َو َاولٰٓئک َہم َالمفلحون﴿‪(َ ﴾۵‬سورۃَ‬
‫البرقه)‬
‫‪(ََ٪‬سورۃَ‬ ‫‪ .3‬و َالٰـہَکم َال ٰ ٌہ َّٰوح ٌد ۤ‬
‫ََۚل َالٰہ َاَل َہو َالرح ٰمن َالرحيم﴿‪﴾۱۶۳‬‬
‫البرقه)‬
‫‪ .4‬اهَّللََلَۤالٰہَاَلَہوََۚالحیَالقيوم ۚ‬
‫ََ۬ۡۙلَتاخذ ٗہَسنۃٌَوَلَنو ٌمَِؕل ٗہَماَ‬ ‫ُّ ُّ‬
‫فی َالس ٰم ٰوت َوما َفی َاَلرضِؕ َمن َذا َالذی َیَشفع َعند ۤٗہ َاَلَ‬
‫باذن ٖہَِؕیعلمَماَبینَایدیہمَوماَخلفہمَۚوَلَیحيطون َبشی ٍءَ‬
‫َۚوسع َُکس ُّيہ َالس ٰم ٰوت َواَلرضَۚوَلَ‬ ‫ِّمن َعلم ۤ ٖہ َاَل َبماش ٓاءَ ۙ‬
‫یَالدین َۙ‬
‫َ۟ۙ‬ ‫﴾ََل َاُکاہ َف ِّ‬
‫یـــودہَٗحفظہماَۚوہو َالعل ُّی َالعَظيم﴿‪ۤ ۲۵۵‬‬
‫الطغوت َویؤم ۢۡن َباهَّللَ‬ ‫َالرشد َمن َالغ ِّیَۚفمن َیکُف َب ّٰ‬ ‫قد َتبین ُّ‬
‫فقد َاستمسک َبالعروۃ َالوث ٰقیََۚل َانفصام َلہاَِؕواهَّلل َسمي ٌعَ‬
‫علي ٌم َ﴿‪َََ َ﴾۲۵۶‬اهَّلل َول ُّی َالذین َٰامنوا ََۙیْخجہم َِّمن ُّ‬
‫َالظل ٰمت َالیَ‬
‫۬ۡۙوالذین َکُف ۤۡوا َاول ٰٓيا َئہم ّٰ‬
‫َالطغوت َۙیْخجونہم َِّمنَ‬ ‫ال ُّنور ِؕ‬
‫ۚ َہم َفيہاَ‬
‫َالظل ٰمتِؕ َاولٰٓـئک َاص ٰحب َالنار‬
‫ال ُّنور َالی ُّ‬
‫‪(َ٪‬سورۃَالبرقه)‬ ‫ٰخلدون﴿‪﴾۲۵۷‬‬
‫‪ِ .5‬ہلِلَماَفیَالس ٰم ٰوتَوماَفیَاَلرضَِؕوَانَتبدواَماَف ۤۡیَانفسکمَاوَ‬
‫تخفوہ َیحاسبکم َبہ َاهَّللِؕ َفيغُف َلمن َیش ٓاء َویع ِّذب َمنَ‬
‫یش ٓاءَِؕواهَّلل َعلٰیَک ِّل َشی ٍء َقدی ٌر﴿‪َٰ ﴾۲۸۴‬امن َالرسولَ َبم ۤا َانزلَ‬
‫اليہ َمن َربِّ ٖہ َوالمؤمنونِؕ َک ٌّل َٰامن َباهَّلل َوملٰٓئکت ٖہ َوکتب ٖہَ‬
‫ورسل ٖہََ۟لَن ُِّفقَبینَاح ٍد َِّمن َُّرسل ٖہَ۟وقالواَسمعناَوَاطعناَ‬
‫۫‬
‫٭ َغُفانک َربنا َو َاليک َالمصیر﴿‪ََ ﴾۲۸۵‬لَ َیک ِّلف َاهَّلل َنف ًسا َاَلَ‬
‫وسعہاِؕ َلہا َما َکسبت َوعليہا َما َاکتسبتِؕ َربنا ََلَ‬
‫تؤاخذن ۤاَانَنسین ۤاَاوَاخطاناَۚربناَوَلَتحملَعلین ۤاَا ً‬
‫ِصاَکماَ‬
‫حملت ٗہَعلیَالذین َمنَقبلناَۚربَناَوَلَتح ِّملناَماََلَطاقۃَلناَ‬
‫ب ٖہَۚواعفَعنا‪َٝ‬واغُفَلنا‪َٝ‬وارحمنا‪َٝ‬انتَمولٰىناَفانِّصناَ‬
‫علیَالقومَالکُٰفین﴿‪﴾۲۸۶‬‬
‫‪(ََ٪‬سورۃَالبرقه)‬
‫‪ .6‬شہد َاهَّلل َان ٗہ ََۤل َالٰہ َاَل َہو َۙ َوالملٰٓئکۃ َو َاولَوا َالعلم َق ٓائ ًۢماَ‬
‫ِؕ‪(ََ ﴾۱۸‬آلعمرآن)‬
‫بالقسطََِؕلَۤالٰہَاَلَہوَالعزیزَالحکيم َ﴿‬
‫‪ .7‬قل َال ّٰلہم َٰملک َالملک َتؤتیَالملک َمن َتش ٓاء َوتنزع َالملکَ‬
‫ممن َتش ٓاء۫ َوتعزُّ َمن َتش ٓاء َوتذ ُّل َمن َتش ٓاءِؕ َبيدکَ‬
‫الخیرَِؕانکَعلٰیَک ِّلَشی ٍءَقدی ٌر﴿‪َ﴾۲۶‬تولجَاليلَفیَالنہارَوتولجَ‬
‫النہار َفیَاليلَ۫وتْخج َالحی َمن َالميِّت َوتْخج َالميِّت َمنَ‬
‫الح ِّیَ۫وترزقَمنَتش ٓاءَبغیرَحس ٍ‬
‫اب﴿‪(ََ ﴾۲۷‬آلعمرآن)‬
‫‪ .8‬انَربکمَاهَّللَالذیَخلقَالس ٰم ٰوتَواَلرضَفیَستۃَایامٍَثمَ‬
‫است ٰویَعلیَالعرشَ۟یغشیَاليلَالنہارَیطلب ٗہَحثي ًثا ََۙوَ‬
‫ْخ ٍۭتَبامر ٖہَِؕاَلَلہَالخلقَ‬
‫الشمسَوَالقمرَوال ُّنجومَمس ٰ‬
‫َض ًعاَ‬
‫واَلمرَِؕتبٰرکَاهَّللَر ُّبَال ٰعلمینَ﴿‪َ﴾۵۴‬ادعواَربکمَت ُّ‬
‫وخفي ًۃَِؕان ٗہََلیح ُّبَالمعتدینَ َ﴿‬
‫ۚ‪َ﴾۵۵‬وََلَتفسدواَفیَاَلرضَ‬
‫بعدَاصلٰحہاَوادعوہَخو ًفاَوطم ًعاَِؕانَرحمتَاهَّللَقَی ٌب َِّمنَ‬
‫المحسنینَ﴿‪(َ﴾۵۶‬اَلرعاف)‬
‫‪ .9‬قل َادعوا َاهَّلل َاوادعوا َالرح ٰمنِؕ َا ًّیا َما َتدعوا َفلہ َاَلسم ٓاءَ‬
‫الحسنٰیَۚوَل َتجہر َبصَلتک َوَلتخافت َبہاَوابتغ َبین َ ٰذلکَ‬
‫سبي ًَل َ﴿‪َ ﴾۱۱۰‬و َقل َالحمد َِہلِل َالذی َلم َیتخذ َول ًدا َو َلم َیکن َل ٗہَ‬
‫َشی ٌکَفیَالملکَوَلمَیکنَل ٗہَول ٌّی َِّمن ُّ‬
‫َالذلِّ َوکبِّرہَتکبی ًراَ﴿‪﴾۱۱۱‬‬
‫‪َ٪‬‬
‫(اَلرساء)‬
‫‪ .10‬افحسبتمَانماَخلق ٰنکمَعب ًثاَوَانکمَالیناََلَترجَعونَ﴿‪َ﴾۱۱۵‬‬
‫ۚر ُّبَالعرشَالَکیمَ‬
‫فت ٰعلیَاهَّللَالملکَالح ُّقََۚلَۤالٰہَاَلَہوَ ۙ‬
‫﴿‪َ﴾۱۱۶‬ومنَیدعَمعَاهَّللَالٰـ ًہاَٰاِخ َََۙلَبرہٰنَل ٗہَب ٖہ ََۙفانماَ‬
‫حساب ٗہَعندَربِّ ٖہَِؕان ٗہََلَیفلحَالکُٰفونَ﴿‪َ﴾۱۱۷‬وَقلَر ِّبَاغُفَ‬
‫‪(َ٪‬المؤمنون)‬
‫وارحمَوَانتَخیرَالرّٰحمینَ﴿‪﴾۱۱۸‬‬
‫‪ .11‬بسم َاهَّلل َالرح ٰمن َالرحيم َ﴿﴾ َو ّٰٓ‬
‫الص ّٰفت َص ًّفا َۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۱‬فالزّٰجرٰتَ‬
‫ِؕ‪َ ﴾۴‬ر ُّبَ‬
‫ُکا َۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۳‬ان َالٰـہکم َل ٰوح ٌد ََ﴿‬
‫زج ًرا َۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۲‬فال ّٰتل ٰيت َذ ً‬
‫الس ٰم ٰوت َوَ َاَلرض َو َماَبینہماَو َر ُّب َالم ٰٰشقِؕ﴿‪َ﴾۵‬اناَزیناَ‬
‫السم ٓاء ُّ‬
‫َالدنياَبزینۃَ ََََََالکواکب َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۶‬و َحفظً ِّ‬
‫اَمن َک ِّل َشي ٰط ٍنَ‬
‫مارد ٍۚ﴿‪ََ ﴾۷‬ل َیسمعون َالی َالمَل َاَلعلٰی َو َیقذفون َمن َک ِّلَ‬
‫اب َواص ٌب َۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۹‬اَل َمن َخطفَ‬ ‫٭ َدحو ًرا َو َلہم َعذ ٌ‬
‫جان ٍب َ﴿‪﴾۸‬‬
‫اب َثاق ٌب َ﴿‪َ﴾۱۰‬فاستفتہم َاہم َاش ُّد َخل ًقاَ‬
‫الخطفۃ َفاتبع ٗہ َشہ ٌ‬
‫امَمنَخلقناَِؕاناَخلق ٰنہم َِّمنَطینٍََلز ٍبَ﴿‪(َ﴾۱۱‬الصافات)‬
‫‪ .12‬یٰمعٰشَ َالج ِّن َو َاَلنس َان َاستطعتم َان َتنفذوا َمن َاقطارَ‬
‫ۚ‪َ﴾۳۳‬‬‫الس ٰم ٰوت َو َاَلرض َفانفذواِؕ ََل َتنفذون َاَل َبسل ٰط ٍن َ َ﴿‬
‫فبا ِّیَٰاَلٓءَربِّکماَتک ِّذبانَ﴿‪َ﴾۳۴‬یرسلَعليکماَشو ٌاظ َِّمنَنا ٍر َۙ‬
‫َ۬ۡۙ‬
‫ۚ‪َ﴾۳۵‬فبا ِّیَٰاَلٓءَربِّکماَتک ِّذبانَ﴿‪َ﴾۳۶‬فاذاَ‬
‫اسَفَلَتنتِّصانَ َ﴿‬
‫وَنحَ ٌ‬
‫ۚ‪َ ﴾۳۷‬فبا ِّی َٰاَلٓء َر ِّبکماَ‬ ‫انشقت َالسم ٓاء َفکانت َورد ًۃ َک ِّ‬
‫الدہان َ َ﴿‬
‫تک ِّذبان َ﴿‪َ﴾۳۸‬فيومئ ٍذ ََل َیسـل َعن َذنۢۡب ۤ ٖہ َان ٌس َو ََل َجَ ٓا ٌّن َ َ﴿‬
‫ۚ‪َ﴾۳۹‬‬
‫فبا ِّیَٰاَلٓءَربِّکماَتک ِّذبانَ﴿‪(ََ ﴾۴۰‬الرحمن)‬
‫‪ .13‬لوَانزلناَہٰذاَالرقٰانَعلٰیَجب ٍلَلرایت ٗہَ ٰخش ًعا َُّمتص ِّد ًعا َِّمنَ‬
‫خشيۃَاهَّللَِؕوَتلکَاَلمثٰلَنَضبہاَللناسَلعلہمَیتفَکونَ‬
‫﴿‪َ﴾۲۱‬ہوَاهَّللَالذیََلَۤالٰہَاَلَہوََۚ ٰعلمَالغيبَوَالش ٰہدۃََۚہوَ‬
‫الرح ٰمنَالرحيمَ﴿‪َ﴾۲۲‬ہوَاهَّللَالذیََلَۤالٰہَاَلَہوََۚالملکَ‬
‫الق ُّدوسَالسلٰمَالمؤمنَالمہيمنَالعزیزَالجبارَالمتکَبِّرَِؕ‬
‫سب ٰحنَاهَّللَعماَیٰشکونَ﴿‪َ﴾۲۳‬ہوَاهَّللَال ٰخلقَالبارئَالمصوِّرَلہَ‬
‫اَلسم ٓاءَالحسنٰیَِؕیسبِّحَل ٗہَماَفیَالس ٰم ٰوتَوَاَلرضَۚوَہوَ‬
‫‪(َ﴾۲۴٪‬الحٰش)‬
‫العزیزَالحکيمَ َ﴿‬

‫‪ .14‬بسم َاهَّلل َالرح ٰمن َالرحيمَ َ﴿﴾َقل َاوحی َالی َانہ َاستمع َن ٌ‬
‫ُف َِّمنَ‬
‫َالرشدَفا ٰمناَ‬ ‫الج ِّنَفقال ۤۡواَاناَسمعناَقٰانًاَعج ًبا َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۱‬یہد ۤۡیَالی ُّ‬
‫ب ٖہَِؕو َلن َ ُّنٰشک َبر ِّبن ۤا َاح ًدا َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۲‬و َان ٗہ َت ٰعلٰیَج ُّد َر ِّبناَماَ‬
‫َصحب ًۃ َو ََل َول ًدا َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۳‬و َان ٗہ َکان َیقول َسفيہناَعلیَاهَّللَ‬
‫اتخذ ٰ َ‬
‫شط ًطا َۙ﴿‪(َ﴾۴‬الجن)‬
‫‪ .15‬بسمَاهَّللَالرح ٰمنَالرحيمَ﴿﴾َقلَیٰٓا ُّیہاَالکُٰفون َۙ﴿‪ََ﴾۱‬لَۤاعبدَ‬
‫ماَتعبدون َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۲‬وََلَۤاْمُتۡنَ ٰعبدونَم ۤاَاعبدۚ﴿‪َ﴾۳‬وََلَۤاناَعاب ٌدَ‬
‫ماَعبد ُّتم َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۴‬وََلَۤاْمُتۡنَ ٰعبدونَم ۤاَاعبدِؕ﴿‪َ﴾۵‬لکمَدینکمَولیَ‬
‫دین‪(َ﴾۶﴿٪‬الکارفون)‬
‫‪ .16‬بسم َاهَّلل َالرح ٰمن َالرحيم َ﴿﴾ َقل َہو َاهَّلل َاح ٌدۚ﴿‪َ ﴾۱‬اهَّللَ‬
‫الصمدۚ﴿‪َ﴾۲‬لم َیلد َۙ‬
‫۬ۡۙ َو َلم َیولد َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۳‬و َلم َیکن َل ٗہ َکف ًواَاح ٌدَ‬
‫‪(َ﴾۴﴿٪‬اَلخَلص)‬
‫‪ .17‬بسمَاهَّللَالرح ٰمنَالرحيمَ﴿﴾َقلَاعوذَبر ِّبَالفلق َۙ﴿‪َ﴾۱‬من ِّ‬
‫ََشَ‬
‫ََش َغاس ٍق َاذا َوقب َۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۳‬و َمن ِّ‬
‫ََشَ‬ ‫ما َخلق َۙ﴿‪َ ﴾۲‬و َمن ِّ‬
َ﴾۵﴿٪ ‫ََش َحاس ٍد َاذا َحسد‬
ِّ ‫﴾ َو َمن‬۴﴿َۙ ‫الن ّٰفثٰت َفی َالعقد‬
)‫(الفلق‬
َ‫﴾َملک‬۱﴿َۙ ‫ بسم َاهَّلل َالرح ٰمن َالرحيم َ﴿﴾َقل َاعوذ َبر ِّب َالناس‬.18
َۙ ‫ََش َالوسواس‬
َۙۡ۬ ِّ ‫﴾ َمن‬۳﴿َۙ ‫﴾ َالٰہ َالناس‬۲﴿َۙ ‫الناس‬
َ‫﴾َمنَالجنۃَو‬۵﴿َۙ ‫ َۙ﴾َالذیَیوسوسَفیَصدورَالناس‬۴﴿‫الخناس‬
َ)‫﴾َ(الناس‬۶﴿٪
‫الناس‬

2. Recite Surah Baqara or listen to it.

3. Recite or listen to Surah Taha, Al-Jinn, Surah Al-


Ahqaaf.

4. Recite Muawwazatain (Sura Al-falaq and Al-


naas).

5. Recite Kalima Tawheed 100 times a day.


‫ْك‪َ ،‬و لَ ُه الْ َح ْم ُد‪َ ،‬و ُه َو عَلَى ك ُ ِل‬ ‫لا َإِلَ َه إِلا َ َ ُ‬
‫اّلل َو ْح َدهُ لا َ َش ِر َ‬
‫يك لَ ُه‪ ،‬لَ ُه ال ُْمل ُ‬
‫َشىْ ٍء قَ ِدير‬

‫‪6. Recite 25 times the verses 15 thru 17 of Surah‬‬


‫‪Al-Taariq‬‬

‫ِفیْ َن َا ْمہِ ْل ُہ ْم ُر َویْ ًدا ﴿‬


‫‪﴾۱۷٪‬‬ ‫اِن َّ ُہ ْم َیک ِْی ُد ْو َن َک ْی ًدا ﴿‪َّ ﴾۱۵‬و اَک ِ ْی ُد َک ْی ًدا ﴿‪ ﴾۱۶‬ف ََم ِّہ ِل ا ْلک ٰ ِ ِ‬

‫‪7. Recite the verses of Surah Al-Mu’minoon from‬‬


‫‪115 thru 118 three times and blow air into to‬‬
‫‪the right ear and then recite two time and blow‬‬
‫‪air into the left ear of.‬‬

‫اَ َف َح ِسب ْ ُت ْم اَن َّ َما َخ َل ْق ٰنکُ ْم َع َب ًثا َّو اَنَّکُ ْم ا ِ َل ْی َنا ََل تُ ْر َج ُع ْو َن ﴿‪َ ﴾۱ ۵‬ف َت ٰعل َی ا ُ‬
‫ہلل‬
‫َکیْ ِم ﴿‪َ ﴾۱ ۶‬و َم ْن یَّ ْد ُع َم َع اہللِ‬ ‫ک ا ْل َح ُّق َ َۤل اِل ٰ َہ ا ِ ََّل ہُ َو َر ُّب ا ْل َع ْر ِ‬
‫ش ا ْل َ ِ‬ ‫ا ْل َمل ِ ُ‬
‫ٰاَخ ََل ب ُ ْرہٰ َن َل ٗہ ب ِ ٖہ َفاِن َّ َما ح َِساب ُ ٗہ ع ِ ْن َد َر ِّب ٖہؕ اِن َّ ٗہ ََل ُی ْفل ِ ُح‬
‫اِلٰـ ًہا َ َ‬
‫‪٪‬‬‫ِْف َو ْار َح ْم َو َان ْ َت َخیْرُ الرّٰحِمِی ْ َن ﴿‪﴾۱ ۸‬‬ ‫ِف ْو َن ﴿‪َ ﴾۱ ۷‬و ُق ْل َّر ِّب اغ ِ ْ‬
‫ا ْلک ٰ ِ ُ‬

‫‪8. Recite 41 times the following verses:‬‬

‫الش َیاطِی ُن َعل َى ُمل ِْك ُسل ْ ََمْي َن َو َما َک ََ‬


‫ِف ُسل ْ ََمْي ُن َو َلکِنَّ‬ ‫َو َّات َب ُعوا َما َت ْتلُو َّ‬ ‫‪.1‬‬

‫ْح (البرقة‪)102:‬‬ ‫اس ِّ‬


‫الس ْ َ‬ ‫ِفوا ی َُع ِّل ُم َ‬
‫ون ال َّن َ‬ ‫الش َیاطِی َن َک َُ‬ ‫َّ‬

‫ین بِهِ ِم ْن أَ َح ٍد إ ِ ََّل بِإِذْ ِن اہللِ (البرقة‪)102:‬‬ ‫َو َما ه ُْم بِ َض ِّ‬

‫‪9. According to Musannaf Abdul Razzaq, grind‬‬


‫‪) leaves, put them‬صدر ‪seven green cedar (lote,‬‬
‫‪in a bucket of water Bring the mouth close to‬‬
‫‪the pot, and stir the crushed leaves whilst‬‬
‫‪reciting. Advise the patient to drink and wash‬‬
‫‪from the water. Here are the verses:‬‬

‫ہلل َ َۤل اِل ٰ َہ ا ِ ََّل ہُ َو اَ ْل َح ُّی ا ْل َق ُّی ْو ُم ۚ ََل‬


‫الش ْی َطا ِن ال َّر ِج ْیم {اَ ُ‬ ‫أَعُ ْوذُ ب ِاہللِ ِم َن َّ‬ ‫‪.1‬‬
‫ضؕ َم ْن ذَا‬ ‫ت َو َما ف ِی ْاَلَ ْر ِ‬ ‫َتاْ ُخ ُذ ٗہ ِس َنۃ َّو ََل ن َ ْومؕ َل ٗہ َما ف ِی َّ‬
‫الس ٰم ٰو ِ‬
‫َّال ِذ ْی َی ْش َف ُع ع ِ ْن َد ۤٗہ ا ِ ََّل بِاِذْن ِ ٖہؕ َی ْع َل ُم َما بَی ْ َن َایْ ِدیْہِ ْم َو َما َخ ْل َف ُہ ْم‬
‫الس ٰم ٰو ِ‬
‫ت‬ ‫ُک ِس ُّی ُہ َّ‬ ‫اش ٓا َء َو ِس َع ُْ‬ ‫َو ََل یُ ِح ْی ُط ْو َن ب ِ َش ْی ٍء ِّم ْن ع ِ ْلمِ ۤ ٖہ ا ِ ََّل ب ِ َم َ‬
‫َو ْاَلَ ْر َض َو ََل َیــ ُ ْـو ُد ٗہ ح ِ ْف ُظ ُہ َما َوہُ َو ا ْل َعل ِ ُّی ا ْل َع ِظ ْی ُم}‪[ .‬البرقة‪]255 :‬‬

‫ف َما َیاْفِکُ ْو َن ﴿‪﴾۱ ۷‬‬ ‫اک َفاِذَا ہ ِ َی َت ْل َق ُ‬ ‫َو اَ ْو َح ْی َن ۤا الِٰی ُمو ٰۤسی اَ ْن اَ ْل ِق َع َص َ‬ ‫‪.2‬‬
‫ک َوا ْن َق َلبُ ْوا‬‫ف ََو َق َع ا ْل َح ُّق َوبَ َط َل َما کَان ُ ْوا َی ْع َملُ ْو َن ﴿‪َ ﴾۱ ۸‬ف ُغلِبُ ْوا ہُ َنال ِ َ‬
‫ْحةُ ٰسج ِ ِدیْ َن ﴿‪َ ﴾۱۲۰‬قالُ ۤۡوا ٰا َم َّنا ب ِ َر ِّب ا ْل ٰع َلمِی ْ َن ﴿‪﴾۱۲۱‬‬ ‫ٰصغِرِیْ َن ﴿‪َ ﴾۱ ۹‬و اُ ْلق ِ َی َّ‬
‫الس َ َ‬
‫َر ِّب ُم ْو ٰسی َوہٰرُ ْو َن ﴿‪[ ﴾۱۲۲‬األرعاف‪]122-117 :‬‬
‫ْحةُ َقا َل َل ُہ ْم‬ ‫َو َقا َل ِ ِْف َع ْو ُن ائ ْ ُت ْون ِ ْی بِک ُ ِّل ٰس ِْحٍ َعل ِ ْی ٍم ﴿‪َ ﴾۷۹‬ف َل َّما َج ٓا َء َّ‬
‫الس َ َ‬ ‫‪.3‬‬
‫ُّم ْو ٰۤسی اَ ْل ُق ْوا َم ۤا اَۡمُتۡن ُّم ْل ُق ْو َن ﴿‪َ ﴾۸۰‬ف َل َّم ۤا اَ ْل َق ْوا َقا َل ُم ْو ٰسی َما ِجئْ ُت ْم ب ِ ِہ‬
‫ہلل ََل ی ُْصل ِ ُح َع َم َل ا ْل ُم ْف ِس ِدیْ َن ﴿‪﴾۸۱‬‬ ‫ہلل َسیُ ْب ِطلُ ٗہؕ ا ِ َّن ا َ‬ ‫ْحؕ ا ِ َّن ا َ‬ ‫ِّ‬
‫الس ْ ُ‬
‫‪[ ﴾۸۲٪‬یونس‪.]82-79 :‬‬ ‫ہلل ا ْل َح َّق بِکَل ِ ٰمت ِٖہ َول َْو َ ِ‬
‫ُک َہ ا ْل ُم ْجر ِ ُم ْو َن ﴿‬ ‫َویُ ِح ُّق ا ُ‬

‫َقالُ ْوا ی ٰ ُم ْو ٰۤسی ا ِ َّم ۤا اَ ْن تُلْق ِ َی َو ا ِ َّم ۤا اَ ْن نَّکُ ْو َن اَ َّو َل َم ْن اَ ْل ٰقی ﴿‪َ ﴾۶۵‬قا َل بَ ْل‬ ‫‪.4‬‬
‫ِْحہ ِ ْم َان َّ َہا َت ْسعٰی ﴿‪﴾۶۶‬‬ ‫َا ْل ُق ْوا َفاِذَا ح َِبالُ ُہ ْم َو ع ِ ِص ُّی ُہ ْم یُ َخ َّی ُل اِل َْی ِہ ِم ْن س ْ ِ‬
‫ک اَن ْ َت ْاَلَ ْعلٰی ﴿‪﴾۶۸‬‬ ‫ف اِن َّ َ‬
‫َف َا ْو َج َس ف ِ ْی َن ْف ِس ٖہ خِ ْی َف ًۃ ُّم ْو ٰسی ﴿‪ُ ﴾۶۷‬ق ْل َنا ََل َت َخ ْ‬
‫ف َما َص َن ُع ْواؕ اِن َّ َما َص َن ُع ْوا َک ْی ُد ٰس ِْحٍؕ َو‬ ‫ک َت ْل َق ْ‬ ‫َواَ ْل ِق َما ف ِ ْی َیمِ ْین ِ َ‬
‫ْحةُ ُسج ًَّدا َقالُ ۤۡوا ٰا َم َّنا ب ِ َر ِّب‬‫الس َ َ‬ ‫ْح َح ْی ُث َاتٰی ﴿‪َ ﴾۶۹‬فاُ ْلق ِ َی َّ‬ ‫الس ِ ُ‬ ‫ََل ُی ْفل ِ ُح ّٰ‬
‫ہٰرُ ْو َن َو ُم ْو ٰسی ﴿‪[ ﴾۷۰‬طه‪.]70-65 :‬‬

‫ون ‪َ ،‬ل أَ ْعبُ ُد َما‬ ‫بِ ْس ِم اہللِ ال َّر ْح َم ِن ال َّرح ِِیم { ُق ْل َیا أَ ُّی َها ا ْلک َ ِ ُ‬
‫اِف َ‬ ‫‪.5‬‬
‫ون َما أَ ْعبُ ُد ‪َ ،‬وَل أَنَا َعابِد َما َع َبد ُّت ْم ‪َ ،‬وَل‬ ‫ون ‪َ ،‬وَل أَۡمُتۡن َعاب ِ ُد َ‬ ‫َت ْعبُ ُد َ‬
‫ین}‬ ‫ون َما أَ ْعبُ ُد ‪َ ،‬لکُ ْم دِینُکُ ْم َول ِ َی د ِ ِ‬ ‫أَۡمُتۡن َعاب ِ ُد َ‬
‫بِ ْس ِم اہللِ ال َّر ْح َم ِن ال َّرح ِِیم { ُق ْل ه َُو اہللُ أَ َحد ‪ ،‬اہللُ الصَّ َم ُد ‪ ،‬ل َْم َیل ِ ْد َول َْم‬ ‫‪.6‬‬
‫یُو َل ْد ‪َ ،‬ول َْم َیکُ ْن َل ُه ُک ُف ًوا أَ َحد}‬

‫َش َما َخل ََق ‪،‬‬‫بِ ْس ِم اہللِ ال َّر ْح َم ِن ال َّرح ِِیم { ُق ْل أَ ُعوذُ ب ِ َر ِّب ا ْل َفلَق ‪ِ ،‬م ْن َ ِّ‬ ‫‪.7‬‬
‫َش‬ ‫َش ال َّن َّفاثَا ِ‬
‫ت فِی ا ْل ُع َق ِد ‪َ ،‬و ِم ْن َ ِّ‬ ‫َش َغاس ٍِق إِذَا َو َق َب ‪َ ،‬و ِم ْن َ ِّ‬ ‫َو ِم ْن َ ِّ‬
‫َحا ِس ٍد إِذَا َح َس َد}‬

‫بِ ْس ِم اہللِ ال َّر ْح َم ِن ال َّرح ِِیم { ُق ْل أَ ُعوذُ ب ِ َر ِّب ال َّنا ِ‬


‫س ‪َ ،‬مل ِ ِك ال َّناس ‪ ،‬إ ِ َلهِ‬ ‫‪.8‬‬
‫س ‪َّ ،‬ال ِذی یُ َو ْسو ِ ُس فِی ُص ُدورِ ال َّنا ِ‬
‫س‬ ‫س ا ْل َخ َّنا ِ‬ ‫س ‪ِ ،‬م ْن َ ِّ‬
‫َش ا ْل َو ْس َوا ِ‬ ‫ال َّنا ِ‬
‫س}‬ ‫‪ِ ،‬م ْن ا ْلج ِ َّن ِۃ َوال َّنا ِ‬
‫‪Note: Cedar leaves are Sidr leaves, In Urdu and‬‬

Treatment of Evil Eye (‫)عين‬

Treatment:

1. First Treatment: Wash the effected person from


the one who has given the evil eye:

If the person with an evil eye is known, he should


be asked to wash his body and retain any wasted
water that he has used. The water should be
poured over the affected person from the back,
and he will - with Allah's Leave - recover.

Hadith:

It was narrated that Hazrat Abu Umamah bin Sahl


bin Hunaif ؓ said:
“‘Amir bin Rabi’ah ؓ passed by Sahl bin Hunaif
ؓ when he was having a bath and said: ‘I have
never seen such beautiful skin.’ Straightaway, he
(Sahl) fell to the ground. He was brought to the
Prophet ‫ ﷺ‬and it was said: ‘Sahl has had a fit.’ He
said: ‘Whom do you accuse with regard to him?’
They said: “‘Amir bin Rabi’ah.’ They said: ‘Why
would anyone of you kill his brother? If he sees
something that he likes, then let him pray for
blessing for him.’ Then he called for water, and he
told ‘Amir to perform ablution, then he washed his
face and his arms up to the elbows, his knees and
inside his lower garment, then he told him to pour
the water over him.”

Commentary:
Method of Washing

Imam Baihaqi in Sunan Al-Kubra (Volume 9 Page


252) states:
Ibn Shihab Az-Zuhri said: "The method of washing
as described by our scholars is as follows:
a. The person with the evil eye should be given a
vessel of water and told to wash his body with the
same water in the following order, without placing
the vessel on the floor:

b. To rinse one's mouth, then spit the wasted water


back into the vessel.

c. To wash one's face with the water in the vessel.

d. To wash one's right arm with one's left hand and


one's left arm with one's right hand.

e. To wash one's right elbow with one's left hand and


one's left elbow with one's right hand.

f. To wash one's right foot with one's right hand and


one's left foot with one's right hand.

g. To wash one's right knee with one's left hand and


one's left knee with one's right hand.

h. To wash the parts under the sheet.


i. Afterwards, the wasted water in vessel should be
poured on the affected person 's back, in one go,

2. Second treatment: Recite the Following on the


patient by placing the hand on the forehead, if the
patient is female than have a cloth in between the
forehead and the hand.

‫ ِم ْن َش ِر ك ُ ِل نَ ْف ٍس أ َ ْو‬،‫يك‬َ ‫يك ِم ْن ك ُ ِل َشيْ ٍء ُي ْؤ ِذ‬

With the Name of Allah. I recite over you to
cleanse you from all that troubles you, and from
every harmful mischief and from the evil of the
eyes of an envier.

3. Treatment 3: Recite the Following on the patient


by placing the hand on the forehead, if the patient
is female than have a cloth in between the
forehead and the hand.
ِ ‫يك َو ِم ْن َش ِر َح‬
‫اس ٍد إِ َذا‬ َ ‫يك َو ِم ْن ك ُ ِل َدا ٍء ي َ ْش ِف‬ ِ َ ‫اس ِم‬
َ ‫اّلل ُي ْب ِر‬ ْ ‫ِب‬
)‫َح َس َد َو َش ِر ك ُ ِل ِذي عَ ْي ٍن (صحيح مسلم‬
"In the name of Allah, may He cure you from all
kinds of illnesses and safeguard you from the evil
of a jealous one when he feels jealous and from
the evil influence of eye."

4. Treatment 4: Recite the Following on the patient


by placing the hand on the forehead, if the patient
is female than have a cloth in between the
forehead and the hand:

‫َاء إِلا َ ِشفَا ُؤ َك‬


‫ف‬ ‫ش‬
ِ َ ‫ا‬‫ل‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ف‬‫ا‬ َ

Lord of the people. remove the disease, cure him,
for Thou art the great Curer, there is no cure but
through Thine healing Power, which leaves
nothing of the disease.
5. Treatment 5: Recite Surah Falaq and Surah Naas
(Chapter 113 and 114 of The Quran) on the patient
by placing the hand on the forehead, if the patient
is female than have a cloth in between the
forehead and the hand.

Hazrath Abu Sa'eed ؓ narrated: "The Messenger


of Allah ‫ ﷺ‬would seek refuge from the jinn and
the (evil) eye of humans, until Al-Mu'awwidhatain
(Chapters 113 and 114 of Qur’an) were revealed.
So, they were revealed he used them and left
other than them."
‫بِ ْس ِم اہللِ ال َّر ْح َم ِن ال َّرح ِِیم { ُق ْل أَ ُعوذُ ب ِ َر ِّب ا ْل َفلَق ‪ِ ،‬م ْن َ ِّ‬

‫بِ ْس ِم اہللِ ال َّر ْح َم ِن ال َّرح ِِیم { ُق ْل أَعُوذُ ب ِ َر ِّب ال َّنا ِ‬
‫س ‪َ ،‬مل ِ ِك ال َّناس ‪،‬‬
‫س ‪َّ ،‬ال ِذی یُ َو ْسو ِ ُس فِی ُص ُدورِ‬
‫س ا ْل َخ َّنا ِ‬ ‫إ ِ َلهِ ال َّنا ِ‬
‫س ‪ِ ،‬م ْن َ ِّ‬
‫َش ا ْل َو ْس َوا ِ‬
‫س ‪ِ ،‬م ْن ا ْلجِ َّن ِۃ َوال َّنا ِ‬
‫س}‬ ‫ال َّنا ِ‬

‫‪6.‬‬ ‫‪Treatment 6: Recite the following last two verses‬‬


‫‪of Surah Al-Qalam Shareef 3 or 7 or 11 times on‬‬
‫‪the patient by placing the hand on the forehead, if‬‬
‫‪the patient is female than have a cloth in between‬‬
‫‪the forehead and the hand:‬‬

‫الذ َْ‬
‫ُک َو‬ ‫ک ب ِ َا ْب ٰ ِ‬
‫ٰصہ ِ ْم َل َّما َسمِ ُعوا ِّ‬ ‫َو ا ِ ْن یَّکَا ُد َّال ِذیْ َن َک َُ‬
‫ِف ْوا لَـ ُیز ْل ِ ُق ْون َ َ‬
‫‪﴾۵۲٪‬‬‫َی ُق ْولُ ْو َن اِن َّ ٗہ ل ََم ْجنُ ْون ﴿‪َ ﴾۵۱‬و َما ہُ َو ا ِ ََّل ذ ِ ُْک ِّل ْل ٰع َلمِی ْ َن ﴿‬
And indeed, when the disbelievers listen to the
Qur’an it seems as if they wish to damage you with
their (jealously evil) looks and say: ‘He is insane.’
And it (the Qur’an) is direction and guidance for all
the worlds.
