    Please be informed you that, for FRCP half yearly test free expense purpose we had taken
    below advance. Now we want to adjust this advance against below expense bills. Details are
    given bellow-

    Taka Only.) in our hand. We have deposited this balance on our ACI Agrolink Limited bank
    account.

    In this regard we need your kind approval for the required expenditure and also would like to
    request to advise finance department to adjustment those bills.

    N.B: Bills\Vouchers & Deposit slip are enclosed herewith.
