    Subject: VIOLATION OF KPPSRA REGULATIONS, 2018.

    This Authority has received different complaints from parents regarding your school
    for violation of the following clause (s) of the KP-PSRA Regulations, 2018.
    Sibling fee as per Act not extended.
    Tuition fee increased beyond 10%.
    Collection of capitation fee.
    Increase in tuition fee twice during an academic session/year.
    Demand of migration fee.
    Force students and their parents to purchase stationary, books, uniform etc from a particular
    outlet or entity.
    Non Availability of Teachers.
    Salary issue of teaching and non-teaching staff.
    Transport issue/services.
    Fine with various pretexts.
    Corporal Punishment.
    Any Other _____________________________________________________________

    In pursuance of the above violation of the KPPSRA Act/Regulations, you are hereby
    asked to explain your position within a week time that why a fine of Rs. ________________ may not
    be imposed on you under section-28 (1) of KPPSRA Regulations, 2018, failing which, fine challan
    will be issued after the expiry of notice date.
