Residential Criteria:- The Candidate must be a citizen of India and Local/Permanent resident of Jharkhand. The "Local Resident of Jharkhand" has been defined & identified in 7/Aa. Niti (Sarvdaliaye Baithak) 27/2002 (Khand)ka.-3198/, dated 18.04.2016 of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
