2.1 INTRODUCTION

PRODUCT NAME : Just A Tooth Brush “JTB”

The Super Clean system from “JTB” is a truly powerful combination which provides a deep cleaning
that's one step closer to daily flossing. This is the world's first integrated power toothbrush and
liquid toothpaste dispensing system. This system combines the patented “JTB” high-speed bristle
motion with a new specially formulated liquid toothpaste. The push of a button delivers noticeable
results. The interchangeable head gives a tooth whitening polisher that’s powered with rotating
eraser action effectively removes surface stains from teeth caused by smoking, coffee, food. The
carbon fiber material which provides a material consisting of thin, strong crystalline filaments that
gives a result of lightweight and corrosion resistance.

Providing a automatic toothbrush that easy to use and can take to anywhere. This product are target
for a traveller to make them easier in they travelling day. We are using a lot of technology in our
product such as a good battery and low weight battery. Mostly our product is low in weight buy also
easy to use and can be used for a long time before it have to charge again. Not to forget our
effectiveness in removing plaque in our brush is extremely good. There also a build in timers in our
system for an effective removal of plaque. We will make our customer less time consuming in using
our brush but also effective by using our technology. The toothbrush the head also can be change
easily by our customer.

MATERIAL AND COMPONENT OF THE PRODUCT

1. CARBON FIBRE

This is one of our main component it carbon fiber. This thing is very high in strength
and also very low in weight.
2. BRUSHES
The toothbrush head are very effective in cleaning dirt in our teeth. It is made of an eco-
friendly plastic which is a biodegradable ones due to make sure that it is easily to dispose
after use it.

3. CHARGING PORT

The stand charging port that are very fast charging with 18w power charge and also a water
resistance. It is also very easy to take anywhere during travel.
4. Battery

The battery that we used are the latest one technology which is made from Graphite that
can stand up to 10000mAh battery storage and will provide a low in weight but give very
long time in usage. This battery is very efficient and long lasting better than the current
Eletrical toothbrush battery which using a Lithium polimer (Li-PO).

5. Storage Toothpaste Tank

The container for toothpaste it self a very good and it can be use for maximum 1 month but
I based on the usage itself. Not to forget it can be re-fill and this container can buy with us in
our francise accrose the country.
6. Bluetooth Speaker
It is also consist of a blootooth speaker which is the manucfacturing and research process
are with the collaberation by JBL company that manufactures audio equipment, including
loudspeakers and headphones.

2.2 FORM OF INNOVATION

The JTB product are actually a component form of innovation due to it is an advance form of
product from the others type of modern electrical toothbrush.

2.3 TYPE OF INNOVATION

The type of innovation that occurs in this product which is SYSTEM INNOVATION type.
Basically, in most of the common electrical toothbrush there are more limitation such as:

1. Cannot withstand for to long due to there is no water resistance. In early modern
electrical toothbrush, there are no water resistance system due to the lack of resources
and research. But today, there are tonnes of research and eletrical product that uses the
water resistance system and we could impliment it in our product.

2. Quite heavy due to the weight of its motor, using common type of battery rather than
use the charge one and more to discuss with. But, we have counter the weight by
changing the battery type which is using a Graphite type. This type of battery is currently
use by the eletrical car system such as Tesla and NASA for space purposes.

But, nevertheless, our product has been countless through research and test process
that could withstand many problems that occurs in common product.

2.4 SOURCE OF INNOVATION

There are actually two types of innovation source which :

2. External

INTERNAL INNOVATION SOURCE

a. Internal R&D

Most of the process of making the product are conducted by this section
due to its speciallity on what or how the characteristic of the product that
we wanted to. They conducting the research and development process and
create this product

b. Employees
The employees are the one that conducting the process on making and how
to gain resources and raw material of the product. It is because most of the
product are actually gain from overseas such as China and Europe due to the
country resources and speciality on handling the materials.
EXTERNAL INNOVATION SOURCES

a. COMPETITORS

Most of the electrical toothbrush company such as Oral-B, Osam, Philips and
others common company are actually quite slow on making and developing the
electrical toothbrush due to lack of resources and R&D teams on converting high
technology towards commercialization the electrical toothbrush industry. But, due
to our research and survey that have been conduct countless times, there are many
circumstances that actually need to focus on such as the system itself that need to
improvise and innovate parallel towards modern days demand of consumers and
customers.

b. Research Organisation

Our company has been colaberate with the others research organisation to
step up our product and making it more efficient, durable and also in style that is
suitable with the customers and consumers demand. Due to the demanding of this
JTB company has been collaberates with :

i. JBL company – research on Bluetooth Speakers

ii. Oral-B : which is research on the eletrical toothbrush
iii. Tesla : Graphite battery and most eletrical component research
iv. Zte company – on electrical and electronic component
c. Universities
On making sure that the product is efficiently work, we are also
collaberating most of the universities and college on conducting testing and
research make the JTB becoming reality. There are few ideas and plan that
we wanted in our product have advised by the universities itself to make
sure that it is competent towards our customers.
2.5 PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION

1. IMPROVEMENT

There are few improvement that occurs in our product that are to make sure that the
product actually efficient, friendly user and comptent according to the customers and
consumers satisfactory. The changes are :

a. BATTERY

Most of the battery that commonly use in electrical toothbrush are the Lithium
Polymer battery or Carbon based battery which is quite un-efficient due to the small
battery life time and small storage. We have been improve it by using a Graphite type
battery which is more efficient, eco-friendly, lightweight and large storage.

b. Casing
The common electrical toothbrush are using a nylon which is durable and tough. But,
there are few weakness of the material which is quite heavy comparing towards our
suggestion material that is Carbon Fibre. Carbon fiber is a low density material with a
very high strength to weight ratio. This means that carbon fiber is tough without getting
bogged down like steel or aluminum, making it perfect for applications such as cars or
airliners.

c. Charging Port
From pervious model of eletrical toothbrush, most of them are actually using the
battery replacement type. In this model, there are weakness that occurs which is the
battery that has been used are hard to dispose and actually will harming the nature
enviroment and will leads to the global warming. This are actually opposite with the
most of the eco-friendly product. So, the solution that we made actually change the
battery to the rechargable ones and using the wireless charging port to make sure that
the casing is secure and does not have any holes that can trap water.

d. Storage tank

It is hard for the customers such as traverller for bringing more item for only
toothcare appliance to travel efficiently. So, our solution are actually making the
toothpaste tank to make sure that customers can travel effectively.
