Directions for Candidates : -

1. Please check the entries made on the Provisional Admit Card carefully i.e. your Name, Father's Name,Category
and stream etc. In case of any discrepancy/error, the same be Communicated with application to the "Assistant
Registrar (Entrance Tests)" HP University Shimla-5" immediately for necessary action along with fee of Rs. 100/-
in the shape of Bank Draft/IPO in the favour of Finance Officer, HP University, Shimla on or before 02/11/2020 by
email at arentrancetests919@gmail.com and then send it by speed post.
2. No Candidate without an Admit Card shall be allowed to sit in the examination by the Center Superintendent.
3. Candidate should check and ensure before starting the examination that the Question Booklet contains as many number
of page as are written on the top of the cover page.
4. Candidates should bring good quality blue/black ball point pens for the examination.
5. Candidates should use blue/black ball point pen only to write particulars on the cover page of Question Booklet Answer
Sheet and for darkening the circels of responses/answers.
6. The Admit Cards is issued provisionally to the candidates subject to satisfying their final eligibility conditions as per
provisions of the Prospectus(uploaded on the website) at the time of Counseling/Admission.
7. On Completion of the test, candidate must handover the Answer Sheet only to the Invigilator concerned.
8. Candidate must preserve the Admit Cards till the allotement of seat in College/Institution.
9. This is a Computer generated admit cards does not required the signatures of the Controller of Examinations, HPU.
10. Candidate must bring his/her proof of Identity i.e. Aadhar Card/Voter-ID Cards/PAN Cards/Driving Licences etc. on the
day of test.
