Passion fruit dessert

Ingredients:
- 1 Large can of milk cream.
- 1 Large can of condensed milk.
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
- Ducales cookies
- 250 milliliters of passion fruit juice
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cinnamon branch

1) To begin, the milk cream, the condensed milk, the milk and the passion fruit juice is mixed in the
blender until get an homogeneous mix.
2) In another bowl, the unflavored gelatin is prepared by solving it in hot water.
3) The unflavored gelatin is added to the mix gotten in the first step and gets mixed.
4) The Ducales cookies are placed in the bottom of a wide mold, then the mix is poured over the
cookies. Repeat this step until fill the mold.
5) The mold with the whole mix is taken to the refrigerator for an hour.

A sauce can also be prepared with this recipe, to prepare this sauce:

1) Two passion fruits are cooked and get blended.


2) After that, three tablespoons of sugar, half cup of wáter and corn starch must be mixed. You can
place the cinnamon branch too.
3) The mix is cooked for some time until it gets a good texture.
4) The mix must get cold.
5) The passion fruit dessert is decorated with this sauce.

That's all. This dessert is delicious and very easy to prepare.
