MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

COMES NOW Private Prosecutor, under the direct control and

supervision by the Office of the Office of the Cebu City Prosecutor, to this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. That the above-entitled cases have been ordered Archived by the

Honorable Court in an Order dated November 28, 2007, for the reason that
the accused can not be located at her given address;

2. That upon investigation, private complainant found out that accused

is still residing at Careda Apartment, 1st Street Duljo Fatima, Cebu City;

3. That in conformity of the above-mentioned Order of the Honorable

Court, private complainant respectfully prays that the above-entitled cases be
reinstated to the active docket and that subpoena be issued to the accused at
her residence at Careda Apartment, 1st Street Duljo Fatima, Cebu City;

WHEREFORE in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed of

this Honorable Court that the above-entitled cases be reinstated to the active
dockets and that subpoena be issued to the accused at her residence at
Careda Apartment, 1st Street Duljo Fatima, Cebu City.
