PREFACE

This is compilation of my documentation taken and done during my work

Immersion at RAJ Computer Center.

This documentation contains brief history and information about RAJ Computer Center

Of Smart, Gonzaga, Cagayan. Our photos during the training and special activities are

also include to make this documentation done completely.

I was lucky to have an opportunity to work at RAJ COMPUTER CENTER until I

finished my OJT and prepared my narrative report is a written of what I learnt,

experienced and explored during my on the job training.

 DEDICATION

Time flies by so fast, it is indeed nostalgic looking back on all things happened during

these year. Who would have thought that I am now on last academic year in senior high

or k12 life which is about to bid goodbye and I can′t hide how thrilled I am while writing

this dedication since our much awaited graduation day is last approaching.

In line with this, I Fidel de laria Felipe. Am again compiling all the knowledge I have

learned while having my on job training to become responsible in our future career. I am

compiling not just the knowledge and also the experiences and unforgettable memories I

had, making me come up with this narrative report is lovingly dedicated to my parents,

 CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

``````Work Immersion is the way that the students regarding career but also

the Students must show and apply all the knowledge and skills about the all learned into

actual work.

On work immersion curriculum that aims to train and orient students about the work and

their future career but to show students the reality about working. Work immersion is

very important not only to teach students their chosen career but to show students the

reality about working. Work Immersion will give you at least an idea of career realities.

Your background work immersion experience is very important when choosing a course

if you want to pursue your college degree and on the other hands it is very important also

when applying a job. Employers often asked about the OJT experience and how it is

related on the job that you are applying for.

Most students have taken their OJT for granted; not realizing the importance it

can bring on their future career. Having a good performance during Work Immersion or

(OJT) is very important specially now that there is a tight competition towards job seekers

and the high qualification of companies.

On Work Immersion is one method by which students is given a chance to apply

the theories and computations that they have learned in school.

 CHAPTER III

NARRATION OF EXPERIENCES

Week 1

January 13 – 16 ,2020

In the deployment there are some problem so that we are late for the first day of

the immersion and the shop is closing but the good news is that even we arrive in the 10

am we have still time to know our supervisor and the boss. Sir Jimnel introduce himself

to us and he is our supervisor and Sir Rafael Sumajit as the owner of the shop. We clean

the shop and manage the incoming costumer like print, Xerox , selling ink, encode letters

as the basic part of the immersion. The hardest part of the immersion were the repair or

reset laptop, printer, system unit, and install drivers and application needed for the

laptop. Before we fix those things we have to ask what maybe the problem to the

costumer or we just diagnose the problem, but before we reach that skills and knowledge

we watched Sir Jimnel and learned many lessons ways how to fix the laptop, printer, and

system unit. This week its only four days because we have to attend the exam for the P.E.

in the Friday.

Week 2

January 20 – 24,2020

This second week, we set-up an windows 10 in the first time Sir Jimnel correct us

for what we do to set-up an windows 10 because the way we know to set-up is wrong. We

tried on our own to reset, repair, and diagnose a laptop then install the drivers and the

application for the laptop like the smadav, adobe reader, Microsoft office, and we will
crack them for the laptop to finish the service. Plus we still manage the needs of the

costumer like print, Xerox, selling ink, encode letters, and we wash the cover of the

window or like the curtains , but not all the laptop, printer, and system unit that were

brought to the shop can be fix because there are some cases that sometimes won’t be fix

Week 3

January 27 – February 1,2020

This week, we extend up to Saturday because we have to work for our absence in

the first week. We clean all the windows of the shop for us to paint it and managing all

the costumer download them music and movies, print, Xerox , encode letters, selling ink,

repair, reset, and diagnosing laptop, system unit, and printer, install drivers and

application needed to the laptop as we usually do at RAJ.

Week 4

February 3 – 8,2020

This is our final week for the immersion but still we work until Saturday for the

half day absent in the first day. As we manage the costumer like repair, reset, and

diagnose a laptop and printer, install drivers and application needed for the laptop, selling

ink, print, Xerox and give the costumer the satisfaction for the service.
 CHAPTER IV

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND COPING STRATEGIES

As a trainee, I had encountered some problems particularly in computer reformat

and in computer repairing. So in order to cope up with my problems I need to focus my

mind, in my work and I should not be also ashamed to ask some help to my trainers in

order to me improve

CHAPTER V

INSIGHTS FROM WORK IMMERSION

The work immersion is a part of the senior high program of dep ed. Which the

student need to have 160 hours hands on experience or work simulation and

will undergo to expose them to actual workplace setting and to enrich the

competencies provided by the school under the supervision of the school head

and the designated personnel of the partner. Immersion is done outside the

campus RAJ Computer shop center at Smart, Gonzaga, Cagayan valley

 CHAPTER VI

RECOMMENDATIONS

Being one of chosen student to be part of the on job training in RAJ COMPUTER

COENTER, I would like to recommend this compony to my friends, family and specially

to the next k12 students of Baua National High School for their coming on the job

training because RAJ COMPUTER CENTER they have better facilities conductive to

learning. Likewise it has an established customer friendly environment with adequate

facilities for waiting client’s and adequate security measures.
