AFFIDAVIT OF NON-IMPROVEMENT, NON TENANCY AND TOTAL LANDHOLDINGS

That We, SPS. HECTOR C. SR & ELNORA A. DELMENDO, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and
residents of Bitalag, Bacnotan, La Union after having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
depose and say;

1. That We are the vendee of a parcel of land located at Ballogo, Bacnotan, La Union under TD
NO. 2009-03-0007-00268 with an area of 2,156 sq.m. designated as lot no. 8758 with an
assessed value of P5,400.00;

2. That the above-described parcel of land has no land improvements located thereon neither
temporary nor permanent;

3. That the above-described parcel of land has been in our possession of whatsoever hence the
land is not tenanted nor leased;

4. That the above-described parcel of land is part of our total landholdings does not exceed of
the five (5) hectares rule of the New Agrarian Reform Law of the Philippines;

5. That We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth to the foregoing statements.
