Dear Mr. Smith :
I am writing you this letter to express my dissatisfaction about your service and the invoice. I ordered 100 pieces of Brompton Bike , the order B.17268 that I purchased from your company on August 20 th . I am complaining because I want to complaint that the bikes were sent are not in accordance with my order . I realised that only 90 of them got delivered to me . The invoice also stated the wrong style of the bike. I ordered was Brompton B17 , but it was stated Brompton B75. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted your Secretary , Ms.Sylvia, on August 24 th at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within one week , I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I hope that I will receive the other 10 bikes as soon as possible as I need to donate it to an orphanage on September 12th. Sincerely,
