Personal Objects Explanation

Cellphone
I considered my cellphone as an important
belonging because it is very convenient to
communicate with my family when we are far from
each other. It helps me to have access in social
media in order to be updated for the latest
happenings.
Books One of the best ways to entertain myself is to read
books. Moreover, reading gives me comfort and
relaxation when I am alone. I surround myself with
books so that I can expand my knowledge of
learning and discover things that I don’t know yet.

Watch I value time, and I am bothered when I don’t have

my watch because I am the type of a person who
manage time to do my task. Without my watch, I am
unable to see the time of the day.

G-PSYC101 - Understanding the Self (UTS)

Necklace This is the most important object that I care the
(Crucifixion) most. I do not wear my necklace everyday because
of the fear that it might get stolen, or maybe I may
replace it somewhere. But it is my way to value my
necklace, aside from it is very precious, it also
reminds me to be a God-fearing person and God
should be the center of my faith.

Handkerchief (given by someone special Back then, I liked someone, but we did not have a
from my past) commitment even once. Before we separate ways,
that person gave me a handkerchief as a
remembrance of our friendship. It is really magical
whenever I look at this handkerchief because it
takes me back to the time when I first experienced
the feeling of secretly falling in love with someone.
