Summary of Program
Synopsis: We will provide a practical, online, four-week program for parents who are incapable of

receiving proper education in a classroom or area outside their home due to their busy schedules.
The information will be presented through four modules including topics such as: complementary
foods, foods to avoid, how much food is enough, and preparing to drink out of a cup.

Week 1 Session - Complementary food (60 min)

Educational Materials Used
- We will use online modules, which can be accessed on a laptop, tablet, or cellphone.
- An app, which can be downloaded from an app store, will be an option to use instead of the
internet. This will make it easier for participants using a cell phone or tablet.
- Simulations, quizzes, and more will be presented throughout the modules to test the
participants knowledge.
Evaluation Tool
We formulated a survey, testing the participants knowledge and how they felt about the course.
It’s a simple 5 question quiz that has a mix of opinion based questions and knowledge based
questions regarding the course overall.
