1. To log on via URL https://logon.rhb.com.my

2. To key in USERNAME ,PASSWORD and click login

3. Click on Billpay tab at the top
4. Key in One Time Password (OTP) upon receiving Security Code via SMS and click Submit
5. Click on the Biller option and Choose MCIS INSURANCE BERHAD , then click Next
6. To complete “From Account “by selecting the type of RHB Account where payment to be
transacted.
7. The following information to be completed :-
 Payee
 Policy No
 Name
 Amount
 Payment Date

Thereafter click” Preview”

8. To ensure all details are correct before proceeding further then complete
One Time Password (OTP) as stated previously and click Submit
9. Confirmation on transactions successfully completed.
