“RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. ANTONIO BENDITA AND HON LEONARD

ESCOBILLO AS THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORY OF ALL THE FINANCIAL
TRANSACTIONS OF THE LEAGUE OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF THE
PHILIPPINES (LMP) , SOUTH COTABATO CHAPTER”

WHEREAS, there was a change of leadership in the LMP South Cotabato Chapter by
virtue of the National and Local Elections last May 13, 2019;

WHEREAS, the LMP South Cotabato Chapter has an account at PENBANK Tupi
Branch as its official depository bank of all finances/ resources paid out of their Annual dues and
other contributions;
 WHEREAS, premises considered, the Body, on motion of Hon. Tuan, duly seconded by
Hon. Fedoc;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that Hon. Antonio Bendita and Hon

Leonard Escobillo as the official signatory of all the financial transactions of the League of the
Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) , South Cotabato Chapter;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of these resolutions be forwarded to PENBANK

Tupi for their information and appropriate action and to other conceNred offices for
information.
