Please allow me to seek assistance of your good off ice for my request of
RE-ISSUANCE/RE-VALIDATION of CERTIFICATE AUTHORIZING
REGISTRATION (CAR) E-cr201600517771 dated June 3, 2016 for the transfer
of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-4663 issued by
the Registry of Deeds of Cagayan de Oro City.

We are advised by the Office of the Registry of Deeds of Cagayan de Oro

City to request the Office of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to RE-
VALIDATE and/or RE-ISSUE of new CERTIFICATE AUTHORIZING
REGISTRATION (CAR) since the Certificate Authorizing Registration dated June
3, 2016 bearing no. e-CR201600517771 has already expired.

In view thereof, I am earnestly ask your kind consideration and approval

for the RE-VALIDATION and/or RE-ISSUANCE of CERTIFICATE
AUTHORIZING REGISTRATION (CAR) in lieu of the expired one.
