Pre-qualification of Vendors
for the anticipated Pipeline Capacity Expansion Plan for the 2020

PARCO is pre-qualifying vendors for the anticipated Pipeline Capacity Expansion for the 2020 where
PARCO shall be feeding MOGAS in huge capacity; millions of tons. To feed their MOGAS, PARCO
will be running DRA in conjunction with this fuel.

To enable PARCO consider your company for pre-qualification and future tenders (which will be
limited to only qualified vendors) PARCO has requested for the provision of 2 Nos. IBCs (500
Gallons approx. 1900 liters) for test run of DRA on MFM Pipeline.

The requirement of 500 Gallons approx. 1900 liters is based on different operational scenarios with
variable dosage rate that will be conducted during test/trial run to evaluate the performance of DRA.
Furthermore, prior to compile test run performance data, sufficient quantity of DRA is required to
have its impact on  whole Pipeline (length of Pipeline is 364 Km and line fill quantity approx. 45000
MTons HSD

MFM pipeline is 364 kilometers in length starting from Mehmood Kot and ends at Machikke and
runs thru Kot Bahadar Shah (future station) and Faisalabad (Pumping station).

The test run will be conducted for different pumping configurations (more than 5) for variable time
intervals. Before carrying out the test run, pipeline will initially be filled with DRA and as per current
flow rate, it will require approximately 77 hrs to fill the line segment from Mehmood Kot to
Faisalabad and another 22 hrs to fill the complete line till Machikke (total line fill product is approx
45,000 M.Tons) . Please note that DRA will only be injected from one point (Mehmood Kot). The
dosage rate will be kept low (8 to 10 PPM) during line filling. Only then the parameters will be
logged down for analysis. During test run, DRA will be injected on variable dosage rates (8 to 30
PPM).

Attached herewith please find specification sheet for HSD and MOGAS. PARCO needs DRA that
matches these Specifications.
