Brook State School is holding a performance evening for parents. Your job is to plan a timetable for the
event.

Class Performance Durations

Remember:
1A- 5 mins
• The principal will give a short (3
1B- 4 mins
minute) introduction to the evening. 2A with 2B- 12 mins
• Each class must perform. 3A- 8 mins
• Allow classes 2 minutes to pack away 3B with 3C- 15 mins
and set up in between performances. 4A- 13 mins
• You need to schedule one 15-minute 4B- 8 mins
break in the evening. 5A- 7 mins
• The evening must begin at 5:00pm or
Choir performance- 5 mins
later and cannot finish later than
7:30pm.

Think about:
• Does the class order matter?
• When during the evening would it be
best for the choir to perform?
