Duties/Responsibilities :
Prepare Audit documents, Maintain Compliance Documentation, Control Adminstration and Solving of
Human Resource Management, Compliance &labour law issuse.
To the Manage all Manpower Problem. To counsel the workers on general issues like Company Rules,
Regulations, Policies, Procedures and Discipline.
Handling Disciplinary, Grievance issues & also counseling / motivate the worker.Grievance handling
related to attendance, salary, incentives and overtime of the unit and taking initiative to solve the
problems.
Monitor employee's salary payment, address all grievances issues and settle those in accordance with
existing rules.
Ensure effective health , safety and security system.
To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security
Awareness training etc. effectively.
