DISASSEMBLY
3-1 HOW TO CHANGE DOOR TO LEFTHAND
OPENING
To do this proceed as follows:
(1) Unscrew and remove the adjustable foot (A).
(2) Remove the lower hinge (D) by unscrewing two bolts (B).
(3) Remove the leg (H) by unscrewing the bolt fixing it (C).
(4) Gently pull the door downwards to remove it.
(5) Bevore refitting the door, swap the Hige Cap (F) by
prising it from its current location and repositioning it
on the other side of the door. Care should be taken not
to damage the adjacent surfaces when removing the
Hinge Cap. Figure 9 Figure 10
(6) Unscrew the Upper Hinge pin (G) and screw it into the
opposite side hole in the top of the cabinet. (3) Pull out thermostat in the thermostat cover, and
(7) The lower hinge (D) can now be secured to the disconnecting 3 lead wires. (Figure 11)

thermostat.
(8) Replace the adjustable foot (A) setting it at
approximately 20mm(4/5") from the bottom of the
cabinet.
(9) Check the door opens and closes easily. Ensure the
door seal does not bind on the hinge side and that
there are no gaps allowing air into the cabinet. Adjust
the hinges if necessary.
(10) Finally put back all the loose fittings inside the
appliance. Figure 11

3-3 COMPRESSOR AND PTC


(1) Remove screw, Protector Cover, Power Cord and Lead
F Wires first. (Figure 12)
(2) Separate OLP.
(3) Separate PTC.
(4) Remove the Compressor Base by loosening 4 bolts
fixed to base plate of the set. (Figure 13)

next to Compressor.
● NOTE: Replace the Compressor, after peeling off

● PTC is abbreviation of Position Temperature
Coefficient and is attached to the Compressor, and
operates motor.
● OLP prevents Motor coil from being started inside
Compressor.
● Do not turn the Adjust Screw of OLP in any way for
normal operation of OLP.
