Dear Sir:

Please be informed that on June 22, 2017, the undersigned, in behalf

of my clients, Russelo C. Ledesma and Pamela N. Ledesma, wrote to
your counsel, Atty. Joseph Rod Allan C. Alano, informing your
companies that of clients’ decision to terminate ALL franchise
agreements that they entered into with ACTIMED, INC and GENERIKA
FRANCHISING SERVICES CORPORATION.

Attached as Annex “A” is a copy of the said letter for your perusal.

Upon verification, the said letter dated June 22, 2017 was received
on June 24, 2017, hence, my clients’ decision to terminate all franchising
agreements with ACTIMED, INC and GENERIKA FRANCHISING
SERVICES CORPORATION has taken effect as of June 29, 2017, five (5)
days from receipt of the said letter.
