I write in behalf of my SOLID MOTORCYCLE DISTRIBUTORS, INC., who has

referred to me regarding the motorcycle more particularly described as follows, to wit:

COLOR : RED
PLATE NO. : 7L-7660
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION NO. : 13292759-4

It appears that my client is the lawful owner the above-described motorcycle, and
that the same is now under your custody because it was involved allegedly as an
accessory of a crime which allegedly occurred on January 29, 2012. My clients told me
that the above-described motorcycle is in your custody until now, although no case has
yet been filed against the driver or my client.

Please be reminded that as a Police Office, your are not allowed by law to take
custody of above-described motorcycle especially that there is no case filed against the
driver or against my client.

With the foregoing as premise, may I respectfully request from your good office
that the above above-described motorcycle be turned over to my client as soon as
possible.

My client undertakes to bring to the court the above-described motorcycle to the

court whenever it is required so by such court in the event a case shall have been filed in
court. Attached please find the affidavit of undertaking of Mr. Braulio Ricardo, Manager
of the my client Carcar City Branch.
