DEED OF PARTIAL REVOCATION OF GENERAL POWER OF

ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is entered into by, SANDRA B. HALLER, of legal age,

Filipino and a resident of ___________________________;

WHEREAS, previously, I executed a General Power of Attorney in favor of a

my sisters LIZA B. PEDRANO and CECILIA B. BACLAAN which was entered into
the Notarial Register of Atty. Francis George F. Dinopol, as Doc. No. 73, Page No. 80,
Book No. Series of 2019, dated August 28, 2019s;

WHEREAS, I, SANDRA B. HALLER has come to realize that the CECILIA B.

BACLAAN has been committing acts detrimental to the interests her principal;

WHEREAS, I, CECILIA B. BACLAAN has come into a decision to partially

revoke said General Power of Attorney which was entered into the Notarial Register
of Atty. Francis George F. Dinopol, as Doc. No. 73, Page No. 80, Book No. Series of
2019, dated August 28, 2019, so as to exclude said CECILIA B. BACLAAN as my
attorney-in-fact, my other attorney-in-fact LIZA B. PEDRANO shall, however
continue to be my attorney-in-fact which shall have all the power granted in the said
General Power of Attorney which was entered into the Notarial Register of Atty.
Francis George F. Dinopol, as Doc. No. 73, Page No. 80, Book No. Series of 2019,
dated August 28, 2019;

WITNESSETH:

NOW, THEREFORE, by these presents, I, CECILIA B. BACLAAN decides and

I heretofore to partially revoke said General Power of Attorney which was entered
into the Notarial Register of Atty. Francis George F. Dinopol, as Doc. No. 73, Page
No. 80, Book No. Series of 2019, dated August 28, 2019, so as to exclude said CECILIA
B. BACLAAN as my attorney-in-fact, my other attorney-in-fact LIZA B. PEDRANO
shall, however continue to be my attorney-in-fact which shall have all the power
granted in the said General Power of Attorney which was entered into the Notarial
Register of Atty. Francis George F. Dinopol, as Doc. No. 73, Page No. 80, Book No.
Series of 2019, dated August 28, 2019;
