THIS DEED made this the 8th day of January


1953, by and between
HARRY EISENBERG and wife, REBECCA EISENBERG
of ALAMANCE County, North Carolina, parties of the first part, and
JAMES R. GRAHAM AND J. W. COLTRANE
of GUILFORD County, North Carolina, parties of the second part,

WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($10.00)
to them paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have bargained and sold, and by these presents do bargain, sell and convey to
the said parties of the second part, and their heirs and assigns, all of the following described
real property, to-wit:

That certain tract or parcel of land in Burlington Township, Alamance


County, North Carolina, adjoining the lands of Church Street
and others, and bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron bolt, corner with Church St. and Alice Morrow,
running thence with the line of Alice Morrow, N. 35 deg. West 211 ft.
to an iron bolt, corner with said Alleyway, running thence with the
line of said alleyway, North 86 deg. West 86 ft. to an iron bolt with
W. E. Covington, running thence with line of W. E. Covington, S. 35 deg.
East 267 ft. to an iron bolt, corner with Church Street, thence with line
of Church Street North 55 2/3 deg. East 65 ft. to the BEGINNING, and
being the identical property conveyed to Rebecca Eisenberg by Ben Marks
and wife, in Deed Book 93, Page 172, to which reference is hereby made
for a more detailed description.

To have and to hold said real property, together with all the privileges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, to them, the said parties of the second part, and
their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.

The said parties of the first part covenant and agree to and with the said parties of the
second part, and their heirs and assigns, that they are seized of said premises in fee
and have the right to convey the same in fee simple, and that the same is free and clear from all
encumbrances whatsoever, and that they will forever warrant and defend the title to the same
against the claims of all persons whomsoever, except 1953 taxes, which is assumed by
the grantees.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set
their hands and seals, this the day and year first above written.

tion of the same, doth state that she signed the same freely and voluntarily, without fear or
compulsion of
her said husband or any other person, and that she does still voluntarily assent thereto.
