    SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

    As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
    order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
    my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
    approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
    it to me.

    Proposed Restaurant:
    The name of my restaurant is Reagan’s. The theme of my restaurant is to give my customers a
    taste of comfort foods with a twist in a comfortable, visually appealing setting. The color scheme
    I have decided on is a combination of pinks, greens, golds, and browns. The restaurant will be
    located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

    Restaurant Reasoning:
    My mom is often making my siblings and I comfort foods, with her own take on them. Comfort
    foods are my favorite type of food, and most of my favorite dished can be classified as comfort.
