AFFIDAVIT
[Judicial Affidavit Form]

I, Johnny Nociete, Jr., Filipino, 22 years of age, single, and a resident of

Purok 6, Brgy. Supa, San Jose, Antique, after having been sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and say, THAT:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is Atty. Raemman Maniba Lagrada with

office address at 2nd Floor, Cabasan Building, Capadocia St., Brgy. 7, San
Jose, Antique. The examination is being held at his office. I am answering
his questions propounded in English and Ilonggo/Hiligaynon fully conscious
that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony
and perjury.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this affidavit is to deny the allegations in the Complaint of

Christine Celiz y Barcemo.

Q1: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the
record.
A: I am Johnny Nociete, Jr., Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of
Purok 6, Brgy. Supa, Tibiao, Antique.

Q2: Are you the same Johnny Nociete, Jr., who is one of the
respondents on the present case?
A: I am.

Q3: Where were you on at around 8 o’ clock in the evening of August

30, 2020?
A: I was inside our house located at Purok 6, Brgy. Supa, San Jose De
Buenavista, Antique.

Q4: Who were you with at the said time, place and date?
A: I was with Johnny Nociete, Sr., and Juliet Nociete.

Q5: What happened at your house around 8 o’clock in the evening, if
any?
A: I heard a commotion outside of our house. Someone was shouting and
fighting

Q6: Who was causing the said commotion outside of your house?
A: It was Frederick Celiz, Sr., Christine Celiz and Frederick Celiz, Jr.

Q7: What was the cause of the said commotion?

A: Frederick Celiz, Sr., Christine Celiz, and Fredecrick Celiz, Jr., was
shouting at us, challenging us to go outside of our house and they
threatened to kill us.

Q8: Why were they trying to enter your house at that time?
A: They was trying to enter our house because they want to physically
assault us.

Q9: What happened after, if any?

A9: When I was at our gate verifying what was happening, Christine Celiz
and Frederick Celiz, Sr., suddenly attacked me with a bolo however I was
able to flee only suffering minor injuries.

Q9: What happened after, if any?

A: We sought the assistance of the Baranggay as well as the San Jose
Police Station.

Q10: Do you have other things to add in your testimony?

A: There is none for the moment.

Q11: Are you willing to sign this sworn statement of yours voluntarily
without being coerced, threatened or intimidated?
A: Yes Sir.
