REGFRA End-term Project – 100 points (20% of the final grade)

Group 1 – Make 3 contracts under the Law on Sales. (Example: Dacion En Pago, Deed of
Absolute Sale, and Contract for a Piece of Work). Below each contract write the following:
a. What are the nature and characteristics of the contract?
b. Who are the parties in the contract?
c. What is the subject matter of the contract?
d. What is the consideration in the contract?
Group 4 – Make 3 contracts under the Law on Credit Transactions. (Example: Real Estate
Mortgage, Chattel Mortgage, and Contract of Pledge). Below each contract write the following:
a. What are the nature and characteristics of the contract?
b. Who are the parties in the contract?
c. What is the subject matter of the contract?
d. What is the consideration in the contract?
Group 5 – Make a new Multi-purpose Cooperative and prepare its Articles of Cooperation and
bylaws.
Group 3 – Make a new Single purpose Cooperative and prepare its Articles of Cooperation and
bylaws.
Group 2 – Make a General Information Sheet of a company duly-registered in SEC. Map-out the
filing of the General Information Sheet and Audited Financial Statements.
